I was surprised by the lack of privacy. The units are so close together and in fact our unit had an internal door separating us from our neighbours. We could hear the television as though it was in our room. Balcony off our room had zero privacy. It felt like they have packed as many units into the site as possible with no thought to privacy. Not worth the price.

Die Leute waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar als wir ein Problem mit dem Mietwagen hatten ;-) Die Lage ist hervorragend, einmal über die Strasse ist man schon am Strand. Der Ausblick von unserem Appartement war sehr schön.

The hotel was amazing. Walked out on my balcony and had an amazing view of the Indian Ocean!! Will stay there again when I return to South Africa!!

The Surf Motel is the new name. We have brought groups to this facility for years and it was good then. The NEW owner has done MAJOR improvements, that now makes this a WINNER with our groups!! Great location to many services, the ocean across the street. I’m not hyping this, just honest.

Well looked after and excellent location , for local restaurants, bars,and beach . Self contained self catering units.
