Good enough for the price and location, easy check-in and the guy was very friendly and helpful. There’s no manned reception (they also have a bar opposite where someone is available if you need anything) so you get keys for the outer door as well as your room - I’ve found this was great and worked really well, I’ll stay again in the future.

Over powerd air freshener to mask the bad smells not a good combination, the room was very tired ans shabby, put the shower on ans it was leaking resulting in my flooding the bathroom, the maintenance man came within 5 minutes and fixed it, Just stressed me out alot

No bath mat, only small towels

Clean comfortable room in am excellent location for North Shore

Room was spotless, guy that showed us in was polite amd friendly. Only downsides were the shower was very weak(fed from the mixer tap) and the blinds didnt keep much light out. Everything else was excellent value for money, great location for what we were doing.

Convenient location for what we needed. Bedding and pillows were dirty, lack of sleep due to noise from passing traffic because of gap in window frame. Got told that the pub closes at 3am but when we went at 2am it was closed which was disappointing.

Look, Malibu hotel is what it is. No reception, you call a number and someone comes out for you to let you in. The rooms are clean - that’s important. The entire place is very clean. It’s basic. Simple, clean beds and that’s all you need. This isn’t about sitting drinking coffee of a morning looking out over a sea view. So for what it is, it’s fine.

It was a typical Blackpool hotel . Nothing too fancy but clean & tidy , in a good location .

good location.. room was good size couple of wee minor issues... the 2 mugs were dirty and had not been cleaned from previous guests.. the radiator in the room did not work as the knob was broken so couldn't turn it up or down .. the bathroom one was working... the bathroom needs hooks/rail for you to hang your wet towel...

Small single ensuite (no.3) room is small but clean with tv , kettle,ensuite bathroom with good hot shower over bath. Powerpoints to plug in phone charger .bargain for an overnight stay

Well placed hotel for nightlife, very much a bare necessities sort of stay. Room felt quite worn out, but was suitable to sleep in. Cheap enough and suitable for that price point, but won't be returning.

Radiator didn't work so in the cold of winter the room was freezing. Shower didn't flow properly. The room just generally small for two people.
