整體好棒！服務人員超好，而且很有禮貌，又會主動幫助住客。飯店的晚餐很驚艷，早餐也很不錯。

沒有戶外溫泉的，但房內空間十足。 有足浴，但沒用過。 簡單的住一晚，還是可以的。 職員友善。

各樣都不錯，只是被太厚了可改用薄一點的。環境美麗，服務很好👍

員工很好,會席料理菜色豐富,和式早餐很讚,溫泉水質一流,地勢高可一路泡湯一路鳥瞰全市風景。房間略小但床鋪舒適,衛生間非常整潔,有專人迎接拿行李及迎賓茶點,超讚。

Polite people in the hote. The room is basically neat and clean. But the fact that the WiFi didn’t cover the room is really disappointing. Tried to report to the receptionist in the mid night. Problem didn’t solve since they found WiFi works in lobby. Because it seems difficult to communicate in English, we gave up and sleep. The view at hot spring is terrific.

景色がとても良かったです。足湯もあり家族も満足。夕食の後にお夜食にとわらび餅を戴きました。 又、来たいと思った宿です。

ペーパータオルが洗面所とトイレにあり、とても良かった。 部屋からの景色も良い。 大浴場の洗い場が寒かった。

従業員の方の対応が良かったです。 また行きたいです。

送迎バスの本数が少ないです。移動手段はタクシーに限ります。

食事が以前の花樹海でなくガッカリしました。

Obviously the premier hotel in the area as every taxi driver recognizes the name Hanajukai. We had a top floor room with private Onsen with view of the harbor. Because it is up a hill getting in and out requires a taxi. The meals were excellent as well.

남편의 환갑기념여행이어서 고르고 골라 선택한 숙소였는데 너무 마음에 들어했어요.마운틴뷰 방이었는데 창문 가득 보이는 대밭이 액자처럼 예뻐요. 저녁식사 아침식사 모두 맛있고 서비스하시는 직원들도 친절했어요.처음 주차장에서 맞이해준 연배있는 남자분,식당에서 맞아주신 노년의 여자분,영어잘하시던 여자분,영어는 잘못하지만 번역기와 웃음으로 응대해준 남녀직원 아침 대욕장에서 떠오르는 해를 본 것도 감동이고요. 테라스 족욕탕 물이 좀 미지근하고 깨끗하지 못했고,엘리베이터에서 살짝 곰팡내 같은 냄새가 나서 별 하나 뺐습니다. 목욕후 맥주를 찾아 리셉션까지 가서 비밀스럽게(?)덮어둔 냉장고안의 맥주를 사야했는데 좀더 사기 쉬웠으면 좋겠어요(대욕장 앞에 자판기를 둔다던가).

Our stay at Kiyomi Sanso Hanajukai was excellent. The staff was extremely courteous and professional from beginning to end. Our room was clean, comfortable and modern. The meals were nicely presented and delicious. One of our servers, Machiko took excellent care of us and treated us like family. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Kiyomi Sanso Hanajukai to anyone staying in Takamatsu.

Beautiful property, room was spacious and very comfortable . Food was delicious!! Just know they are up a steep hill so not walkable , need car or taxi to get around Would definitely stay again!
