We loved our stay! The property was very clean and beautiful. The pools and hot tubs were not only clean and working but very beautiful. It is very family friendly. We felt very safe with it being gated and with the guard at the entrance. Any questions or issues we had were answered and taken care of. We would definitely stay again!! My daughters we in love with the hand painting and charm of our apartment.

My family had a wonderful vacation at Aquatika. The check in was easy, all the staff was friendly and the resort grounds were well maintained and my kids loved all the pools and amenities. The only thing I would mention as a suggested improvement is with the individual unit we stayed in. I believe it could use some repairs and improvements to make a more comfortable stay. The screen door to the porch was broken and could not be used. The washing machine leaked all over the hallway anytime it was used. The kitchen was poorly stocked with mostly broken pots and very few usable items. Overall we still had an excellent vacation and the resort itself was a great value and well kept up!

We had a great stay at Aquatika. Three adults and two kids meant that there was tons of room to stretch out and relax across the two full bathrooms and three bedrooms. Good wifi. Lots of towels and nice (but random) toiletries. Sunburn lotion was especially appreciated. The well-appointed full kitchen meant that we could cook any meals we wanted - I fried up 25 raw arepas I got from a great home kitchen around Luquillo that we ate for days. The lanai was really nice and ours had retractable awnings. The waterpark and beach were clean and well maintained and the kids and us adults alike enjoyed them a lot. The little concession stand near the beach was nice. Great birding spot!!! Minor negatives: there was a miscommunication that resulted in it taking half an hour to get through the guardhouse when first checking in. There seemed to be a lot of drama around the guardhouse in general, some other family checking in caused a long wait at the guardhouse another night, and somebody actually smashed through the gate later that night. There were ghost ants around the kitchen counter so we had to be careful about cleaning up and sealing our food containers. This is normal for the area. There was a lot of rust around the kitchen cabinets, presumably from the power outages following Maria. Didn’t bother me but I could imagine some complaining. We lost power for one night but the whole municipality did. All in all it was a fantastic stay and I look forward to coming back!

We went as a family will adult children down to an 8 year old. The pools were great and there were a lot of activities for all.

La estancia muy bonita, limpia y agradable, las albercas al 100 , solo el Jacuzzi nunca estaba caliente o prendido, preguntamos por ese servicio y nunca fue prendido

The room was clean there could have been more pool maintenance. There was cat or dog feces outside one of the hot tubs and a lot of random debris in the pools.

There were plenty of activities between mini golf, the beach, and the lazy river. The pools were clean, the beach was private and clean, and beach chairs were available. There was also a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Overall, it was a great experience for the family.

Yes. Upset the water wasn't on for water slide.

The apartment needed some tlc - drawers sticking, missing hardware, dirty washer/dryer etc. however, my kids loved it. 5 pools, beach access, mini golf and playgrounds. There was something for everyone.

The property was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, spacious and safe.

First off we loved the area. Very authentic Puerto Rico and It’s a safe area. Security checked us for arm bands every time we entered so it would be hard to just drive in since it’s gated. Was easy to find, check in was fast. I will say the lock bock is pretty hard to get open. Didn’t like that as a push code would be a lot better. Property is nice and clean. Security is super friendly and helpful. The only real issue we had with it was that the water slide and water cannons do not operate during the week only on the weekends. Big bummer for the kiddos.

It was a clean space in a safe complex. Location is pretty central to activities. The condo we stayed in was good but could’ve used a few more things for the activities offered. (Golf clubs, usuable basketball, etc). All in all enjoyed the location. Would like to try a different unit. But we’re still happy.
