Excelente y agradable atención, desde mi llegada hasta mi salida del hotel. Muy bonito el espacio de The Garden Café.

Muy buen servicio. Nos falló control y teléfono y nos cambiaron de habitación. Todo lindo

Limpio, comodo, buena comida y ambiente. Mejoraria un poco el mobiliario de la recamara por ejemplo como tienen la tv. Apartando eso todo excelente.

Pueden mejorar en muchos aspectos

No me gustó que el servicio a la habitación fue pésimo no nos quisieron cambiar la habitación el aire acondicionado no funcionó nunca

it was great , loved the matress :)) the pool was nice need to upgrade the pool or repair the tiles, but it was overall very clean

We were there 1 night and the place was pretty empty and they put us in a room 3 buildings away from the pool. So went back to inquire about getting something closer and there was a $5.50 charge to upgrade. So when I asked she said those were the rooms that Hotels.com reserve. There was no glasses/ice bucket or coffee maker. Just 2 beds and 2 towels and a TV. So moved to the pool and it was exactly the same just close to the pool. The bed was comfortable enough and breakfast which is not included was good for the modest price.

El aire no se podia controlar y el cuarto muy frío. Además el aire estaba sobre una de las camas lo cual hacía que no se pudiera dormir en ella

el hotel se encuentra en un punto céntrico, loque lo hace atractivo, pero en orientación y atención a sus huéspedes se vuelve decadente.

The restaurant was good

La propiedad es muy bonita, pero en temporada alta se quedan cortos en todo. Atencion en recepcion es muy buena.

A decent hotel with a pool. Be sure to ask for a patio or access to pool from your room. The interior room was dreary and bare bones. Second room better. Staff at desk speak English. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff, beautiful gardens and pool… room furnishings sparse, shower door not closing properly. Best in Penenome, near bus stop and restaurants. We will stay again!
