We stayed in this hotel for two nights, the location is great. The room was clean and tidy and all staff were so nice.The offered help as much as they can .They gave comprehensive information and constructive suggestion when we need help. What a pleasure to stay in hotel, i will definitely choose this hotel when i visit split again.

飯店實際住宿位置在位於櫃檯750公尺的地方，且我們被分配到有樓梯的幾乎最高層。除了要上下樓有點累外，服務人員會幫拿行李上下，所以不需要帶行李走樓梯。此外，按摩浴缸超棒！有海聲還有星空景。可使用歐元付款，匯率不錯。ㄧ到有迎賓飲料，離開可寄放行李和借廁所。服務人員謙虛有禮，推薦的餐廳和景點都值得ㄧ去！

The staff is very helpful. Location is near to most of the archeological sites.

The staff and the service were great. The only thing I had trouble with was the steps going to and coming out of the room. As a disabled person who has balance issues, the steps are uneven and the handrail was midway of the steps making it difficult if you are not careful. I would suggest installing a much safer handrail that goes the full length of the steps.

Very cute place close to the main attractions, the port and the bus terminal in Split. We very much enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful and very spacious room with a jacuzzi tub. Mario and Ana were fantastic and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was great. Short walk to both the beach and the palace.

The accommodation was perfect and the service and people associated with this accommodation are amazing. It is in the best location within walking distance to the beautiful parts of Split. Though very prompt with their communication and everything was perfect.

最高のアパートメントでした！予約した後すぐから丁寧にたくさんの連絡を頂きました。アパートメントはスピリットバスステーションから近く、観光地へもすごく近い最高のロケーションです。 スタッフの方々もとても親切で美味しいお店や観光スポット教えてくれたり、助けてくれたり、パーフェクトでした！お部屋も清潔感ありとても可愛いお部屋で、スーツケース2個広げても余裕があります。またいつかクロアチアに来ることがあれば宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Staff was very nice, waited for us to arrive and walked us to our room. Very cute updated room, walkable to the city which offers everything.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with airport pickup and gave us a map to get around town. We had them hold our luggage on check out day so we could tour the town. I highly recommend staying here. Note that breakfast was not included.

Após me hospedar em 3 hotéis durante uma viagem longa com decepção esse hotel me surpreendeu positivamente me concedeu todos benefícios por ser membro Gold do hotéis.com com vinho e upgrade de quarto, esse não tenho o que falar pois era simplesmente impecável, localização excelente tudo 100%. Perfeito.

Close to bus / train station and old town, beautiful and clean room with modern decoration. It is located in 2nd floor, their staff was so friendly and helpful that helped to carry my luggage.

We had a decent experience at the Authentic Luxury Rooms. Neat and tidy little room within a short walking distance of the old town. Our sea view was only viewable from the bathroom, a lovely view when you’re sitting on the loo. We requested a deluxe double bed but this was two singles pushed together and unfortunately didn’t provide good support as the mattresses were too soft for our liking. The area is nice and quiet and close to a grocery store and to Split Ferry Port and main train station, very convenient location. Breakfast is very basic with mini croissants, spreads, a couple of cold meats and some cheese, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and juices. What really made our experience were the staff, everyone we dealt with were absolutely wonderful, and no request was an inconvenience. Everyone was very friendly and provided exceptional hospitality. Thank you for your excellent and gracious service.

Very nice and modern room less then a 10 minute walk to the Promenade. The rooms are actually in a different location about 5 minutes from where you check in We found out at checkin that they only accept CASH for their rooms, no credit cards. If you do not have the cash on hand they direct you to the ATM machine outside their door that charges 19.9% conversion fee.
