booked a family rooms, asked for 3 beds, had a call with the hotel the week before and asked again for 3 beds. Checked in on the day and asked again to ensure there were 3 beds as had to visit a relative before going to the room. Got to the room at 8 o'clock that evening only 2 beds. Staff in the hotel arent great and the food is just ok

Very friendly staff. Room needed a few repairs but we just stayed one night so was possibly to overlook.

Room was very nice and freshly done but tv needs upgrading as 22” tv with limited channels isn’t acceptable

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and the views were phenomenal. There were not a lot of dining options but the ones there were good! A quaint area worth visiting!

Shower was filthy. Zero hot water pressure in shower. Hallways smelled of sickening sweet incense/freshener. Room had paint/spackling flaking off. Worst place I stayed in two week trip.

Wir sind absolut enttäuscht. Sehr unfreundliches oft muffiges Personal. Kein Ambiente, absolut renovierungsbedürftig, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Katastrophes Frühstück. Völlig überbezahlt - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis inakzeptabel. Mit weitem Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft auf unserer mehrwöchigen Irlandrundreise.

We were so excited to stay at ocean sands and we got there after check in time and had to wait almost 30 minutes for our room. The staff was not friendly at the front desk or at breakfast. We booked an ocean view room and ocean view was a stretch. You could see the sand on the beach and if you stood on the corner of the balcony and leaned over you could barely see the ocean. The resort does not look anything like the photos. Our room was not clean, the shower was not clean, and we were in bed and a HUGE spider crawled down the curtains. I was ready to pack my stuff up and leave at that point. Also, breakfast was just terrible. I didn’t end up eating anything. Super disappointed in this hotel. 1000% would never stay there again.

We were in the garden room and could hear noise from room upstairs and doors closing and opening as our room was ground floor . I had not realised the layout of the hotel , would not pick garden rooms again
