Amazing service from the minute you pull up through your entire stay. The location is gorgeous, the hot springs are clean & SO relaxing, the food is excellent, and even though it 's a large hotel you feel like you're at a private retreat.

The highlight of my trip to Japan. Perfect service, utterly tranquil, after spending some time in a private onsen my body and spirit felt rejuvenated.
