Horrible experience for my wife and myself:- No hot water in women's onsen, so my wife could not bathe at all.- No hot water in the sink in our room - so I could not shave.- Internet was very weak - mostly it did not work.- bugs walking and flying around in the room. I killed about 10 bugs.- room was cold - no heater.- room was dusty and I sneezed all night long. We paid for 2 nights, but after the horrible time trying to sleep, we just packed up and walked to the nearby Niyama train station and we took the train to downtown Hakodate and we found a very nice hotel next to Hakodate station. Traveloka should NOT allow bookings to Niyama Onsen Hotel.
