对于经过翻新的客房来说，它很漂亮，很舒适。

酒店很不错，适合家庭入住。

Hi, firstly we are very disappointed on our 2 nights stay at your port Klang Crystal Crown hotel. 1. As promised by the front desk the construction sound didn't stop after 5pm, it continues till midnight at 12am. Our baby kept waking up and started crying. Even after informed still there was no any action taken. We even recorded the construction sound at 11.55 from our room. 2. Next day morning the bathroom doesn't have water to take shower. We went take our breakfast, and came back to room, still no one attended the issue. The front desk guy was trying to help as much as can but your technician not available. We wait much for 2 hours till 11 still no body came to solve the issue. I had to walk back to lobby, front desk propose a room to allow me take shower, went to the new given room with my 7 year old daughter, the room mate didn't allow us in. No proper communication. Waiting at front room arguing with the mate in front of my daughter. Overall if your hotel is not ready and carrying out repairs please don't take guest in. It show how irresponsible your hotel manager is. If your hotel manager performed his job well, this problem won't occur, unless there is something going on with your management and contractor so they are silently allowing to contractor to work at late night. I hope you hotel can reward or give me a good deal for the inconveniences caused. . I will be posting the issues around social medias as well so alerting people not to boom till you finish your construction. I'm going to your hotel for so many years. You can check my record. This time was disaster. Sincerely.

The old design hotel but still comfy. Doesn't provide a toothbrush set better bring your own before check in here ya. Breakfast please don't expect too much. Overall good experience.

Kind of old hotel, room was OK. Room aircon so bad. Felt hot inside the room. Location of the hotel, quite far from tourist attractions.

A good and practical hotel in Port Klang, near to town but not within walking distance. Swimming is open but there is no pool for children. Room given was clean and good enough for small family. Breakfast was okay but still no buffet. The food will be served to you according to your choice. Can skip the breakfast as add on. Not much value. Parking is free.

Breakfast need to improve. Very bad. No taste.

Overall okay. Room was clean but maybe can upgrade more breakfast menu.

Bilik besar dan selesa. shower ada problem sikit. breakfast kurang pilihan. mungkin sebab pkpp.. jadi bole phm.. lain-lain semua ok.. tq.

Room spacious. comfortable. toilet tersumbat sikit, breakfast tak banyak pilihan. paham, sebab masih PKPP lagi.
