Minus point: 1. Better write if the hotel does not accommodate with the Key room, and customer has to make a phone call every time enter and go out from hotel. Which was very scared me, I don't know the hotel not provide the key. 2. There was a spider in the room, means the room was not clear and hygenic enough. 3. The breakfast was so awful, I could not eat because the taste was not good. The plus point: 1. The amenities was nice. 2. The location very close with station and easy to go to Ghibli Park Aichi.
