Good value for money if catching an early flight from Luton.

Disgusting hotel and disgusting service !

No kettle in the room

More explanation on the rooms boldly on your site would help..

I don’t have the words to describe this place and I’m glad I was only there to sleep. We was over looking a beer garden so the noise made it difficult to sleep, the room was so compact and dirty and the smell was something else I couldn’t wait to leave in the morning and was gone by 6.30am

The room was not fully clean as we found bits all over the floor

OK for a night or two stay before the airport. All you need... A bed and a bathroom... And TV

My room was worth Half the price i paid for it. Tv broken, water in the tap splurging out and wettted my clothes every time I opened the tap. "Window" was a 5 inces small opening in the wall, overall no aired, smelly room and building.

Location is accessible to public transport and shopping mall

Clean, friendly, got an upgraded room, it is very basic but felt secure enough. It was generally what I expected.

The room was fair in terms of sanity. But bed not to standard and the environment was unsafe not looking great.

The room was not clean it was quite clear that their had been substandard cleaning operation. Bed sheets were very clean however staff were fantastic and very polite.

really is a budget hotel. room was too warm with no way to adjust temperature.

Just awful. Absolutely the worst place I've stayed in, including hostels with 12 people in one room. Unknown marks on the walls and blinds I don't even want to think about, really really loud area and a single glazed window meant horrendous to try to sleep, mattress hard as a rock. The area felt really unsafe too. Just spend an extra 20 quid and go to the Travelodge.

Just basic like in a tablet ie features of an aircraft but actually serves the purpose of a roof over one’s head and quiet. Booked more nights in the budget tablet hotel as I call it. I will definitely book again wen on a short visit there.

Very dirty, hairs in the bathroom, dirty bedding, very loud music until 3am! We considers sleeping in our car it was so bad! Room far too hot no window and it was like being in a box! The hotel had awful smells, mainly what appeared to be drugs!

The receptionist is not very helpful and very rude

Unfortunately not a great stay. We have stayed here before, when it was under the EasyHotels name. we had no problems then. We arrived to our room and the first thing we noticed was the smell - our bathroom had a gross odour, like a waste sewage and vomit. It was hardly bearable when showering or using the bathroom but as we were checking out at 3am, we didn’t bother reception about a room change. I noticed hairs on the bathroom floor (and not the type from your head if you know what I mean). Because there was only a chair as a surface, I had to put my clothes on the floor, which I was okay with until I picked them up and they were dusty. Later on, we tried to get to sleep but our room was unbearably warm. There is no window, which we knew and were fine with, but because of this, there are ventilation ‘holes’ in the ceiling that should have air con flowing. I found it really uncomfortable to sleep as there is also a bright neon green light above the door that lights the whole room even when the main lights are off. I assume this is an emergency light, which I appreciate but it was too bright to fall asleep. My partner asked reception if we could switch rooms at this point but they were fully booked. They did turn our air con down which helped the temperature but we noticed only two vents (two by the door) were working and not the one next to the bed. The walls are thin and you can hear others watching tv or talking. We got zero sleep. The staff were very nice and polite.
