The accommodation is in a perfect location. All the sights are within walking distance. We didn’t need to take a bus or the subway once during our entire stay. The receptionist at check-in was very helpful and friendly, and gave us a larger room than the one we had booked. I didn’t mind the lack of an elevator; walking a few extra steps isn’t a problem for me. The hotel’s furnishings are a bit dated, but everything is clean. The beds are comfortable. Wasn't sure what to expect as this hotel was above a restaurant/ shops ! , but my room was very nice and large it was actually a pleasant surprise. The reception is a door away with a short flight of stairs and the hotel has stairs that i could manage and i'm a female oap. It was easy to check in and out , the room was very clean i actually had 3 single beds in my room with still plenty of room to move. The hotel is right near Oxford street with John Lewis being a five min walk who also sell milk and newspapers which helped. Their are a few eating places within a stones throw of this hotel , i went in the Angus steak house & had the best fish & chips ever. What really appealed to me was that you were within walking distance of The London Palladium taking under 20 mins , this is so nice when you leave an evening show and your back at the hotel in under 20 mins , even passing MC Donald's on the way which is handy if your hungry after the show. Lastly the bathroom in my room was very large but would have liked a extra surface to put toiletries on. Only one gripe i had no milk cartons in the room when i arrived also their is no fridge but apart from that what a wonderful hidden little gem and right near Oxford street and very good prices for the location, i would highly recommend & shall always stay here when going to the Palladium......

Posizione perfetta, collegata perfettamente con la metro, anche se noi abbiamo deciso di muoverci a piedi poiché tutto era a pochi km, l’unica nota dolente sono le scale per arrivare all’appartamento…molto ripide…

Vera volde to Oxford Street so if that what you want, then it’s the place to be. Otherwise not very impressive, but ok. NOT for people unable to use stairs.

La ubicación es PERFECTA, cerca de zona de tiendas, restaurantes, muy céntrico. Si te toca el cuarto piso, es un problema porque no hay ascensor y subir con las maletas, pisos altos y escalera estrecha, es todo un reto. El wifi no era bueno, por momentos no funcionaba bien.

Perfekt lokation. Men hotellet har ingen elevator, og selve værelserne er i forskellige opgange i området - det vil sige at man skal slæbe sin kuffert op til receptionen, derefter ned igen og derefter op igen i en anden opgang som heller ikke har elevator. Derudover var der meget koldt på værelset, og jeg havde intet varmt vand den sidste dag. Jeg stod meget tidligt op, da jeg skulle med et fly hjem. Så receptionen havde ikke åbent på dette tidspunkt, hvilket resulterede i, at jeg måtte tage et iskoldt brusebad inden min afrejse

Good aspects - Central convenient location; comparatively good price for location; clean smart bedding. Bad aspects - water temperature always hot, extremely hot even if turned to cold in sink and shower - scalding hot to the extent it could be dangerous, first morning useable as shower but second too scalding. No cold water to drink clean teeth etc, kettle grossly dirty in inside, no coffee sachets, extra beds in room so very cramped, no desk or table( just old small bedside table)

Excellent location. Budget hotel could have been a bit cleaner but overall perfect for our 2 night stay right in the centre on a nice little pretty back street

Det var mögel i rummet, samt smuts på väggar och möbler. Sängen var obekväm, madrassen var tunn och man kände metallstängerna mot ryggen. Det var lyhört. När vi checkade in doftade det rök i hela rummet. Bortsett från möglet i duschen var temperaturen problematisk, antingen skållhet eller iskallt.
