We had a great stay! The staff is very welcoming. Highly recommended 💖.

Don't book this room! So many extra hidden fees, limiting the number of people, children above 5yo with 300 fees/head, room is not cool, no WiFI, TV has disconnected cable, ref just turned on. If you don't complain, your money is just wasted. Paying so much for the room is not enough for them. They asked for amenity fees but we weren't able to swim cause the pool wasn't available until you went out. We tried to eat in their club house but we were refused not to eat. I don't know what a clubhouse is for them! We were not able to do anything that we will enjoy. Too unlucky, I hope you'll not book these rooms, all your money will be wasted! Book other rooms with your children free cause family is all that matters. Too many regrets!

There were additional fees like parking P150, Transient Fee P100, additional fees for our 2 small kids etc etc. So many hidden fees. Not recommended. The lady tried her best but they should put the additional fees upfront so the customers won't get frustrated.

Not accommodating staff, dirty area and room
