在到達日內瓦前遇到一些事....幸好飯店員工很熱心的幫忙，提供我們很多協助，相當感謝。

Meh. Expensive. Loud, and a pretty meager experience

Helped with parking directions and placed parking cone outside of hotel so we could park for short time to load luggage.

Elevator was not very efficient. Basic services but very nice staff and good breakfast.

Nice hotel with air conditioning, decent room size, close to train station and shopping mall, friendly staff. Strongly recommended!

construction outside was a nuisance

good hotel in a great location for the lake, tours and station. room was large clean and comfortable however have yo mark down due to the noise from the major construction site opposite. They should have warned in advance or at least put us at the rear as hotel did not appear to be full. work started between 6 and 7 so sleep effected

Its in a historic building and it shows. Very nicely renovated and decorated. The place has character. Great location, close to the Jet d'Eau and other attractions. Only nit I have is that they have no coffee machines in the room; the front desk made coffee for us before an early checkout, which was very nice of them.

Hotel bien placé mais rapport qualité prix un peu décevant. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner moyen. Impression générale bonne mais sans plus.

We had a great experience. The hotel and room were clean and well-maintained. All expectations were met and we found great value in our stay.

We were 3 travelers and found the location to be very convenient as well the staff was super helpful. The room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I highly recommend the hotel! It was a good value for the area and still felt high-end. The room was large and clean and had nice toiletries. The staff were also excellent and very friendly, particularly Kate. She gave us directions, helped us plan a trip to CERN, let us leave our bags before/after check-in/out, and even gave us some water as we were leaving.

Fabulous hotel and would recommend for anyone when they travel to the area.

Room was too cramped for 3 guests. Room was very noisy. Lack of immediate parking was a huge negative. One of the beds in a 3 person room was very soft and uncomfortable. Not enough free space for three people in a 3 bedded rom.

Sehr freundlicher Betrieb mitten in der Stadt und sehr sauberen Zimmer und angebehmes Frühstück.
