Zero communication is the name of this game. There was no response regarding how to check in after several attempts. Expedia has to be contacted. After arrival on the property, housekeeping let us in but had no answers as to information about where to park, what room I was in, check out procedures, etc. the room I was led to was not what I reserved (a one bedroom apartment). I was led to a studio and told all the rooms are like that. The site manager (owner?) was put on the phone and was less than pleasant or accommodating about the reservation. The room was cleanly enough, but just a sour taste was left in my mouth. It was pretty obvious that we were just part of the paycheck.
