Nice hotel, the employees are friendly and very accommodating.

We’ve stayed here before on our cross country trips. The staff and accommodations including breakfast are very nice. It was very hot and humid outside. We were looking forward to a cool night of sleep. Our room wouldn’t cool below 72 degrees. That was disappointing.

Everything was great except after I got in the shower I found that the shampoo dispenser was empty. Please refill those!!

Easy professional check in and staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good and well supplied. Good location clean and well maintained.

Check in was quick and easy. Clean room, cold room, good water pressure, no smell to it (2 other hotels we traveled to had bad smells) lots of parking. Grabbed this hotel as our last one on a 3 week road trip. Its was the best one we stayed in on the trip.

The woman at check-in was wonderful. The tables in the room didn’t appear to have been wiped.

My stay here was very pleasant and the whole hotel was clean. I didn’t get her name but the wonderful lady that worked the night shift was an angel. The elevators went down and myself and others were waiting for the repairman. She saw my mom on her oxygen machine and said she had one room on the bottom floor and that she would switch my room so my mom didn’t have to wait. I was able to go up the stairs and retrieve our bags. I will be forever thankful for her kindness. If I’m in el Reno again, this is the hotel I will be in.

Clean, breakfast. Only disappointment was the elevator. It was noisy and jerked a bit when starting and stopping.

We have been listening to an alarm going off 1 door down from us since we checked in. The desk clerk got it to go off for a few minutes but then it started again. Who’s getting any sleep tonight? Not us. So far we’ve made 4 calls to get it stopped.

Gym is great - room clean and comfy bed. Shower could use some new caulking other than that it was good. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is nice and clean. I’ve stayed here before and will continue when I’m in the area.
