시설 노후화가 심함

Leaving was my favorite thing, It is a run-down ruin, Not the staff's fault but the owners, everything was left to fall apart, with no swimming pool which was closed due to filthy water, and no internet. The final evening we returned to the room to find a snake in the room, I killed it and the desk boy brushed it up. ETC.

I forgot to add in my other review from my recent stay... the pool water was green, pool was not usable. No patio furniture to sit by pool. Little gazebo type areas around the pool in poor condition.

I've stayed here three times: 2017, 2019, 2023-twice in the last week. I based a lot of my expectations on previous stays which were excellent. This trip it was very disappointing with no massage, no gym, no lunch or dinner available. I don't know how they can survive apparently due to COVID aftermath. Staff was as always very friendly, and accommodating. Without amenities returning I don't know that I would stay again.

Autant dormir dans un bon guesthouse ... Personnel gentil cependant. Moustiques dans les chambres !

サワナケートでは一番よいホテルと聞きました。 チェックインもチェックアウトも時間がかかります。お湯があまり出ません。素泊り向きです。

Bon confort. Piscine. Service correct. Bon petit déjeuner - salle de bains vieillissante. Tartre sur la robinetterie. Joints à refaire. Propreté à améliorer. Pour un hôtel qui se la joue grande classe ce n’est pas à la hauteur. Par ailleurs dépôt de 30$ de caution rendus après vérification de la chambre. La confiance ne règne pas

Lovely Hotel and very clean and tidy. Could not commicate with the staff and nobody could speak English. Food very average and a very short menu. Much of what was on the menu was not on offer. Hotel reminded me of how the Soviet Union was run in the 1960s. Terrifically overstaffed but not my problem. Fantastic swimming pool which we had to ourselves. Rooms very clean.
