The hotel is great, staff and service all brilliant. Stunning views if you get a sea view room. The only thing which stopped me scoring 5 stars was the breakfast - had the full Scottish which was a bit disappointing.

We've stayed here before but as before we were not disappointed. Beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. We had a sea view. We came here for our 21 years together anniversary.

Enjoyed my stay at seamill hydro. Relaxing time there and nice food.

Absolutely amazing venue for a Wedding. The views of Arran is spectacular. Quilt bedding could be upgraded. Disappointed that we didn’t get our spa booking. However, we enjoyed a relaxing swim in the pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed my two night stay for our 47th wedding anniversary one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at very clean and tidy staff were excellent and courteous will definitely be back here and would recommend to anyone. 👍

A beautiful retreat by the beach, really relaxing stay with great gym and pool.

We stayed originally for 2 nights. We had to leave a day early because my wife became unwell. They moved us to a room with an elevator. The room we were given had wallpaper peeling from small areas of the wall. Window sill had laminate missing. The toilet door paint was bubbling up. But, the staff were very helpful. The room had a great view. The food is brilliant. Overall the hotel is brilliant. They said that this block of rooms are going to be refurbished. It is a beautiful hotel and the area is wonderful. I will definitely be back sometime in the future.

Lovely room with a sea view. The only disappointment was that the bed was uncomfortable, mattress too firm!

The bed was a bit small, not king size as stated. Room very warm but when opening the window the noise from nearby Aircon was terrible. No view other than the hotel roof. Very disappointed.

I loved the views from the terraces. Breakfast was excellent as was all food. Let down with not enough staff in the Orangery although the staff that was there worked tirelessly

Clean, lovely staff, great food

The staff in every area of the hotel were fabulous. Nothing was too much, everyone was super friendly, helpful and happy. Our room was nice and enough for our needs. Bathroom was lovely, huge shower and great products. Could do with hair conditioner though as i have super long hair and thought from our last stay there was conditioner, there is in the ladies changing room in the leisure centre. We did Zumba -AMAZING - loved it, the instructor was super!

Lovely large room and the location is amazing! Rooms are a bit worn and sad looking, could do with new carpet and furniture. Food in restaurant was nice but expensive. Staff were lovely!

Room and areas in hotel were spotless. Room bed and bedding were fresh and comfy. Food was lovely. Service was great

We stayed for two nights and paid extra for an upgrade, but we were disappointed as on the first night, the sheets and bedding were stained. We we had to phone down to get some clean ones. These were brought up by the bar staff. Had to make the bed ourselves as no other staff were available. Breakfast was good.
