Stayed here for one night. Location is perfect, 10 minute walk from Lime Street station and roughly 5 minutes from the main city centre. Room was ok sized, did the job. Impressed with the fact that they had Sky and all the premium channels which is something you do not see at a hotel. My only issue was the fact the curtains don’t close all the way so light does come in. Would come back here to stay.

We had a good stay and is fine for one nights stay, as rooms are very small but are also very clean. The location is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful.

Very efficient and nice staff

Clean and fresh

When we arrived we found the staff very helpful and the room was very clean, tea and coffee making facilities were two tea bags, two coffee bags and two milk sachets which was adequate.The following day we went out and on our return we found that the bed was not made, it wasn’t until the following morning that we realised that the tea and coffee making facilities had not been replenished. When we checked out we mentioned this to the receptionist and was told that they only clean the rooms every other day. I said that they could replenish the facilities ready for the following morning and was told that if I had come down to reception I would have been given tea bags and milk. In my opinion you shouldn’t have to fetch them yourself. Also the bottle above the sink was shampoo not hand, face or body wash. My recommendation would be to take your own teabags etc.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at The Z Hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable—the room was spotless and felt incredibly fresh. What really made the trip, though, was the staff. They were professional, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure a great stay. Best of all, it was very reasonably priced for the high standard of service and comfort provided. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality, budget-friendly stay!

Staff gave me absolutely the best advice on how to get a cab back from the Hotel to the Arts Club! I don't remember her name Glasses and dare super friendly on the evening shift! Thank you!

Nice clean room, very central location. Only issue is only one lift for 8 floors, and the air con isn't cold enough and the windows don't open.

We aren't happy. Hotel is not in a great condition, poorly maintained. Sound proofing not available. I could barely sleep at night because of the noise.

Perfect location. Staff really friendly & helpful. Room was fine although WiFi was quite slow and a fair bit of noise heard when adjoining rooms were using showers but not enough to warrant complaining as you'll always have a bit of noise in a hotel.

Very kind staff quickly and graciously resolved a cleaning anomaly with the room originally assigned. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Not a new or fancy place but excellent location.

Veldig bra hotell. Rolig rom og god standard. Trygt og fint med kaffebar/bevertning i resepsjonen. Utrolig god Service av de som jobber der! Nært til alt! Skulle ønske man kunne åpne vindu for litt luft. Men bra luftkvalitet på rommet og god ventilasjon. Eneste som trekker ned er putene. Ikke en favoritt . Men kommer gjerne tilbake. Veldig bra hotell for value for money! :)
