Very overpriced. £950 for 4 nights and the rooms are tiny. We found the beds uncomfortable but that’s personal preference. There seemed to be a group of local people either living in the hotel or hanging around it that didn’t really give the place Much justice. 2 of the 4 nights we came back police where outside trying to arrest someone or breaking up fights. Wouldn’t have minded if it was 70/89 quid a night but not for the money we paid.

The friendliess of the staff and the comfort of the room.

How compact it was. My son and i visited to see a liverpool match was perfect for this as we only needed place to sleep 😴. Wasnt able to shower privacy clear frosted bathroom area put me off with my son same room. All in all v.clean. nice staff too.

The WIFI is slower than expected

Room was spacious and attendants were personable and friendly! I would return and stay here again.

Smaller rooms than I expected. Can't imagine if I hadn't upgraded for a window. Price per square foot was high. Carpet need to be cleaned in hallway. For the added cost, breakfast terrible. Great location. Pleasant staff.

The hotel is lovely and very central. The rooms are clean but small. The only sticking point is the bathroom which only has a partially frosted glass.

Didnt like the size of the room, and the bed being against the wall on 1 side. Liked plenty of tea and coffee and the modern fresh feel of the room

Its budget friendly, i min away for shopping and night life. Friendly welcome, would stay again .

Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean with plenty of room for one night. Tea and coffee available and plenty of clean towels. The bed was comfortable, but slightly small so would go for a bigger bed next time.
