房间很干净，但厕所不太干净，马桶里的污水管道似乎有问题，导致地板很滑。总体来说还不错。

员工服务周到，附近餐厅也很多。环境也很干净。孩子们玩得很开心。

带孩子来这里度假很不错，这里是一站式中心，为孩子和成人提供了很多活动。我的建议是改善高峰时段的早餐服务。

Gym so bad. Freezer not function

I arrived about 50 minutes from KL. I like it here very much because there are not many people. It’s a good place to take children to relax, but because there are not many people, the business hours were changed without notice. The water park is listed to close at 6 p.m., but it closed at 4:45 p.m. on the day I went. The important thing is that I only entered at 4 p.m., what a waste of tickets. The hygiene of the room could be improved. There is no exhaust fan in the toilet and the smell is very strong. There are a lot of ants under the plates on the dining table. The playground next to the swimming pool should have lights, because the restaurant is open until 10 o'clock, but the playground is very dark, so there will be a lot of mosquitoes.

We arrived at 11.20am, check in room ready at 12.30pm. The room toilet lights is not bright enough. The space is big, I think the linen and bed sheet is not been change by the previous guest. The dining at the resort breakfast restaurant, we order kampong fried rice, the deep fried chicken is too burned, and the prawns as well. And we also ordered the fried bee hoon, but unfortunately too much black pepper and to spicy to eat.

Really enjoy the studio room hotel is very nice. The hotel cafe food also delicious. And enjoy breakfast cause so many food. Enjoy the waterpark also. Will come here again 😍.

The lock spoilt, light also spoilt. Saw spider webs with the spider crawling near the kitchen. And also the bellboys were just sitting near the stairs chitchatting when they saw us carrying the luggage and walking down the stairs.

This area was far if want to buy from outside.

It was quite satisfactory, had an issue when there was no towel in the room. It took sometimes to settle. The rest was ok.

The hotel room facilities are too basic for my family room. The lighting a bit dark. Not suitable for family. The common area a bit hot due to the air conditioner compressor all facing common area. The did painting works during the peak time 🤦🏻‍ ♂. Can't wait to do on weekday? It 's create bad smell to the common area. I won't come back until the surrounding area well developed 😅 since the location also quit isolated. I think half of the area are still under construction.

The best vacation ever. Everyone feeling great stayed at hotel, waterpark, survival riverine, of cause the breakfast so yummy. Hope we will come again. Best. I love Amverton Cove♥️♥️

Permandangan bagus, kamar hotel jelek. Taksi tidak ada, padahal hotel bintang 4. Susah nyari taksi.

No bathtub per description, Body soap wasn't duly filled, the walkway alley at 8th floor is wet most of the time, bath towel only provided upon request.

Semua staff baik . Counter, bell boy semua baik. Peramah cuma nak pergi sini perlu bawak duit lebih sebab aktiviti semua berbayar

Great Hotel. Waterpark was small. Overall satisfied with service provided. Would like to compliment on the wide spread of buffet breakfast. But taste and quality wise, will give a 3 stars.

Stayed at the Riverine Studio Double Queen 7-9 May. 2 adults, 2 children. The room is awesome, spacious and clean, perhaps as it is quite new. Looks exactly as per the published pictures. The boys in the front are not so helpful to help load/unload luggage unless you ask them for help. Some can be seen playing on their phones. Think the staff here generally needs some training in courtesy and effort to make guests feel more welcomed. Check-in was fairly quick as perhaps it was towards the end of the school holidays. Breakfast was very basic. My biggest issue is the very high charges for most of the attractions within. And they are not that great as well. The waterpark is quite small. So is the animal island. But the charges are rocket high. No other attractions at night and the place becomes like a ghost place. Very limited options for meals. Only 2-3 restaurants/cafes within the hotel/clubhouse and they are expensive and don't taste great. Doubt this place will last long unless it gets a good revamp of eateries and more affordable and exciting attractions.
