The hotel staff are all confused and unprofessional ! In the web site of the hotel, it says, checkin starts at 8 am (due to early arrivals of boats from the islands), but at 9:30 am we were told that the earliest check in would start at 2 pm! We also had two rooms reserved, but the front desk clerk told us that her paper work shows only one room! She had no computer to check the reservations from Expedia. We were forced to contact Expedia, ask them to send us two separate confirmations to show to the front desk clerk to give us our two rooms. The bathrooms look very dirty in one of the room. There was no water running the next day! We could not take out shower till the water started running hours later. This hotel is over priced for the service and quality they provide.
