The staff very welcoming and comfortable experience from the moment of arrival, showing friendliness, politeness, and a genuine effort to make guests feel relaxed and well taken care of throughout the stay. Check-in could be faster during busy periods.

I would recommend anyone staying to just pay the extra money for the tube resort, which is connected. The rooms looked a lot nicer. These bungalows were so full of mosquitoes because the bathroom is outside. Fine for a budget stay but probably not for holidaymakers. The area is completely isolated and there is nothing else around on the beach, so there are limited dining options. At the resort restaurant, main meals are upwards of $10, which is pricey for Cambodia. It costs around $25 to get a boat taxi to Saracen bay. However, the beach is so stunning and very unique. A lovely environment for a couple of days but I wouldn’t stay much longer. The pool is quite poor.

The beach was beautiful, the room was as I expected, rustic but clean

The beach is just steps away, and the view from the rooms is absolutely breathtaking—especially during sunrise. I loved the outdoor seating areas, where you can sit and enjoy the breeze. The Wi-Fi was quite slow and often disconnected, especially in the rooms.
