In general, this is a convenient hotel to stay for a few days in Kochi downtown; within walking distance to Kochi Castle, to Hiromi market, and Ace1 supermarket as well. Breakfast is light and good enough, and people in reception cannot speak too much English but are willing and help and communicate, I appreciate that. Meanwhile, I really think the hotel has to pay more attention in terms of cleaning. Unfortunately, I "met "cockroaches on the bed right after entering the room, and the ground carpet is not clean, not an acceptable experience at all. I did ask the receptionist to change the room for me; they were very nice and did it for me, but I do not see the implementation of the cleaning of the "new room". This is the unfortunate part of this staying experience. Maybe I should not complain as the price is low than average in this area. But I do see there's a space to improve.

近星期日朝市，約3分鐘步程。步行到高知城亦只要10分鐘。離高知駅或市電站約10分鐘步程，是一段平路，拖行李箱亦可行。

一般住一天的中途休息酒店，職員有禮，用心幫忙。可步行去附近的食店，有多種本地食物選擇，如作中途住宿CP值可以。適合自駕遊的住客。

L hotel est à 2 pas de la gare. La chambre avec les lits jumeaux est tres grande. Nous avions une bele vue sur l eau et les palmiers. Le personnel esr agreable et compétent. Le petut déjeuner simple fait l affaire. Nous recommandons cet hotel à tres bon rapport qualité/prix

バスルームカビなどなく　快適に過ごせました　清潔感もあって今までのホテル中で一番よかったです　水が美味しかったです チェックインも　名前だけでスムーズに対応して頂き楽でした エアコンが年期が入っていたのかちょっとうるさかったですが　ルーバーを止めたら直りました　ホテルの立地は病院が近くで救急車の音が…場所的には観光にはとてもいい場所でした 後は快適に過ごせました　ありがとうございました また機会がありましたら宜しくお願いします🙇
