房間地毯有水積，有一種難聞的味道。早餐選種極少，沒有冷牛奶，只有熱牛奶，侍應服務態度懶散加上連基本上的食物都沒有，如煙肉，香腸，炒麺，太少選擇了。個人以為福朋四星級酒店是有水準，結果令人太失望。不會再入住此酒店，更不會推薦給任何人。

Some moisture was found on concrete wall of my washroom. Some Mould was found at the bath Remaining is very good service and update Furniture and lay out.

when I checked out, the hotel asked me to pay full expense, although I showed my reservation in Hotels.com. the hotel insisted that Hotels.com will return my reservation fee. after I came back from my trip, I sent email and called Hotels.com several times to ask for help, but 20days later, still no answer. I am now wonder whether I should trust Hotels.com any more
