今次跟家人來的住宿體驗很好，酒店貼心，職員有禮，還要很快協助及清楚住客的需要。無論詢問職員訂外賣，到附近的景點，叫車，職員一一都照顧周到。以及司機很細心，接送往機場、迪士尼樂園都很貼心服務。 酒店有不同選擇的活動，spa ，推薦酒店園景拍照的服務，的確令這個行程更豐富和更多回憶。 食物質素可以提升會更好。

所有都一般

酒店大廳明亮寬敞，接待人員親切又有笑容，會主動協助住客辦理入住手續，行李也會協助幫忙送到房間。 房間無異味，床舖舒適。早餐中式居多，用餐環境乾淨。入住送漢服或是旗袍免費拍照體驗，大推。下次會繼續入住。

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Room was very clean. The hotel grounds are so stunning, even more so after dark. We were happy just walking around the hotel grounds. If we wanted to go out and about the staff would organise a taxi ( very cheap). Highly recommend. An attraction by itself.

Beautiful property would stay again close to the airport

Ken zhou, who was sitting on the desktop when I was visited, was very unfriendly and was very offended by his coercive tone and eyes, not his kind tone when he answered, so I didn't want to visit again.

This hotel has an awesome organization, and it has amazing spots! We just loved this place, and there are so many things to do! We had a free shooting as well, and it was totally worth it!!! I strongly recommend this hotel! Everybody was nice and polite with us. This hotel is an experience itself!

Positives: Property: The hotel is stunning and expansive. Plenty of freebies: Free 1 time minibar, foot soak, breakfast, wine and photoshoot, shuttle bus for the airport and disney. Gym: very good gym. Negatives: Housekeeping: I don't think they replaced the bedsheets in the entire 9 nights I was there and didnt take away the dirty dishes we had for days. Supplies like shower caps, bath salts etc arent replaced - which sucks since they chucked out the shower cap the first day they cleaned my room. Breakfast: Pastries tasted quite stale and the variety didn't change much at all throughout my stay. Staff: weren't very friendly. They weren't awful but could certainly be more hospitable.

Amenities are not in keeping with the appearance of the hotel. Some staff need additional training but others particularly the concierge went beyond. Adjoining room was very noisy at night

It's great, comfortable, quiet place with amazing garden! The staff was helpful and breakfast had wide selection of food. The shuttle bus transfer is really good option too

Fantastisk hotel, er ked af at vi kun havde en nat. Hvis vi kommer tilbage til Shanghai vil jeg bestemt bo her igen.
