Good stay for golf trip in Haikou Mission Hill

Renaissance haiko has the best employees ever. Through out my stay, every single hotel employee who interacted with me was very well trained, polite and tentative. They were extrodanary that I remembered most of their names: Zoe the front office manager, my life saver. I had this really important event at the golf club nearby, dressed to the nine and realized that my all my socks were still wet since I washed them last night, Zoe did her best to find me a brand new pair and saved me from the embarrassment, thank you Zoe! Andy&Tony the front office host, well trained, polite and friendly, my check in and out process took like 2 minutes in total. Especially Andy, I complained about the air conditioning in my room was not working really well, she immediately arranged another room for me and personally checked the temperature of that room, and helped me with moving. These people are awesome and I respect them for being professional and passionate to their career. Thank you renaissance haiko team, for the great memories and comfortable stay.

Great place with very good value

刚入住时发现枕头有强烈的类似汗臭味的味道，感觉非常不舒服。与前台反应后，酒店立刻安排人员帮我们处理，更换了寝具。整体感觉，酒店应该加强清洁的培训。 另外隔音效果非常不好，我们住在16层，但是即使将落地窗紧闭，仍能听到一楼传来的音乐声。房间之间的隔音也非常不好，可以听到隔壁小孩的咳嗽声及欢叫声。

Even though the hotel sits in a multi complex with shops, restaurant, etc...But, the quality of food there needs improvement.

酒店設施非常完善，用划算的價格入住高檔的酒店，非常適合第一次來海口旅遊朋友。

我從香港出發，港航的是早機7:00飛 約9時到。 一般早機都面對早上難以安置行李等問題，但我10時到酒店已可提早入住，安頓好。房間空間很大，很舒適，潔淨，露台空間很大，可晾晒泳衣等衣物。最後一天也延遲退房至2時。 可享用Ritz Carlton 的會所，和萬麗自己的優惠。也享受觀瀾湖新城的設施。 7月初是海口的旅遊淡季，但難得享受寧靜的海南。

這家飯店和隔壁的麗思卡爾頓酒店是互相連通的，兩家飯店共用一個健身房、泳池和兒童遊戲區，萬麗酒店的裝潢比較時尚年輕，大廳晚上有dj打碟的酒吧，還有一間餐廳，早餐就在這裡用餐! 入住時櫃檯服務親切，還幫我們升等房型到高樓層的豪華房(Deluxe Room)，房間很大很新，還有大浴缸可以泡澡，還不錯，唯一比較不滿意的就是被套和床單的質料有點粗，晚上睡覺有點不舒服。早餐的種類還算豐富，也有提供不少現煮麵食或蛋類料理。整體而言，以它的房價而言，物超所值。但飯店周遭實在太荒涼，雖然有個購物商城，但很多店家都是空的，人氣不足! 晚上更是冷清，但音樂放得很大聲!!

離機場比較近，大約20分鐘內的車程. 晚上八點多到酒店，大堂裝修很現代，是我喜歡的. 房間大，洗手間很大，把所有的功能都分開，洗手盆位置大長一條，很好放東西，衣櫃有2個，家庭渡假也可以夠用. 在觀瀾湖園區，酒店走2、3分鐘就有很多餐廳酒吧，大多關22:00。對半工半休閒的我來說，不是太熱鬧的環境反而舒服多了。周邊吃的，電影院都有，買的就一般吧... 酒店很新，服務員也比較新，不過很努力. 早餐也不錯，只是我吃的比較簡單。 坐園區的穿梭巴士去電影公社，很方便，就是班次有點不太準。

性價比高，就海口同類型酒店來說。員工接待旅客的態度非常親切，在我對押金太高抱怨的時候態度還是一樣和藹。喜歡陽台的座位，可以對著觀瀾湖新城及遠處眺望。房間非常非常乾淨，總分100分的話，我給101分。

The hotel is comfortable and takes care of little details evident in how the room was designed and amenities provided. For eg, light switches are conveniently located, with 2 toilet door openings with one near the bed and you don’t need to find your way in the dark. The sink has 2 taps to accommodate 2 persons. There is also a weighing scale, useful if you need to check the weight, including your luggage. You scan the key card to enter the room and there is zero failure rate unlike those cards which must be inserted. There are also eateries and super mart nearby.

Nearby shopping mall, many options for the meal. The mall is bit quiet. I should visit womer season to see the vibes of peak season.

Great location with extra helpful friendly staff

Really nice! Stayed there for Chinese lunar new year. And nice breakfast. Both service and facility are great. The pool is nice and there is sauna near the pool service. and both are free. Free parking as well.

Wonderful Hotel Better than we expected clean tidy and modern you can’t ask for anymore in China. The buffet Dinner was amazing especially being topped off with free beer. Staff are very helpful and accommodating which helps when you traveling with a baby. Highly recommended
