I tried contacting you to discuss this relocation due to a let down on a prior booking in the Galle Fort area but your system doesn’t allow it. I appreciated the efforts of the advisors to help me secure another but it was a poor choice. No wifi TV that only allows playback via devices Made for very lonely evenings. Bathroom and kitchen areas could with daily cleaning - sink was not very pleasant.lLikewise bedding/towel could have fresh each day. Electrics in the bathroom not sure how safe. Plus other electrical boxes on the stairwell with exposed wiring. Located away from Galle Fort which spoilt my planned itinerary. I had to incur additional transport hassle and costs to get me there.I had travelled from the UK for a special purpose and relocation was not appropriate to the standard I was expecting. I am hoping to go to Galle again next week and I notice on the system the Galle Fort Inn is still offering accommodation when in fact it’s still a building site - why?
