作為鄰近鴨川的旅店，河景房可以俯瞰鴨川並遠眺三條通。鄰近三条京阪站，也方便於體驗祇園風情。

We checked in after 9pm and there were still two receptionist greeted us. Also one of the receptionist speaks Cantonese which is super surprised and feel very welcome!

地點非常好 , 離地鐵站走路三分鐘 , 面鴨川的房間視野極好 , 房間寬敞 , 設備新穎 , 是極佳的住宿選擇 .

舒適安靜，離八坂神社跟花間小路很近，交通便利，下次去京都一定要再住。

住宿體驗非常好，櫃台人員能夠使用英文及中文。

Highly Recommend! 1. 地點：飯店位於地鐵烏丸線三条站1、2號出口附近，離出口大概5-10分鐘路程，位於鴨川旁邊。走路可以到祇園、河原町等地，清水寺也能慢慢散步去；距離鴨川就只有一條馬路之隔，非常方便，最近的Presco超市也大概10-15分鐘路程。就算要去琵琶湖、嵐山，交通也十分便利。 2. 服務：味道見仁見智，我個人覺得還不賴，可以選日式、西式早餐。第一次吃到room service的早餐服務且每位服務人員的態度良好，英文可以溝通，有些工作人員也會中文，入住、退房都十分順利。 3.用品：基本上馬桶到餐具都是大品牌，甚至有按摩浴缸以及免費的面膜可以使用，床的軟硬適中，非常好睡。 飯店外就有兩排的櫻花樹，在離開之前開始開花，三月底造訪一定很美。 雖然單看價格貴了一些，可是整體的體驗超過在台灣的旅遊品質，非常推薦！

房間很寛敞和整潔，浴缸適合浸浴，早餐可選日式或西式送至房間，可由酒店行往錦市場，整體不錯！

難得找到這家外觀古典，而內部非常現代化的飯店。空間寬敞，設計貼心，甚至提供面膜供客人敷臉之用，異常驚喜！夜裡關燈後，房間內走道有紅外線感應，在走向洗手間之時，地面會啟動照明，指示客人方向，並自動開啟玄關燈。這樣的設計，令人讚嘆！

Location is great, beside the Kamo River and a 10-minute walk to Gion and Kawaramachi where lots of shops and restaurants are there. The building of the hotel is like an ancient temple with only 3 storeys, we were in the corner room with river view so it is very spacious. Staff are always very smily and helpful. The hotel is situated in a small street beside the main road and the river, around there, a lot of restaurants can be found. Certainly a very good hotel to stay again considering the loccation, service and the room size though price is not cheap.

開幕一年多的飯店,設備很新,房間寬敞舒適,地點位於鴨川畔的三条和四条中間,離地鐵車站,祇園,花見小路,河原町...甚至清水寺,都是走路散步的距離 雖然飯店沒有豪華的大廳或浪費空間(ex.游泳池,健身房.餐廳..),但是房間的設備已經具備有接近五星飯店的水準(雖然只有3.5顆星),住起來感到滿意

The room that I chose is said to be “river view”, but I was given the second floor and can’t see the river at all, but the street 😢that’s the only downside of the stays

This hotel had a great location and the staff were incredible. The rooms are quite large and clean. They are dated however the carpet in the room is in need of cleaning or replacement.

Clean room and excellent location, there is no restaurant tho
