酒店位置就在全家便利店旁边，去哪儿都很方便。我提前办理了入住，所以先寄存了行李。等我回来的时候，行李已经送到房间了，非常贴心。入住期间，房间非常舒适干净，强烈推荐。

还行，不算差，中规中矩。房间很干净。早餐种类有点少。房间很大，位置也靠近运河，但是温泉很小，而且没有室外区域。

我对这个地方非常满意。房间干净舒适，接待也很热情。步行即可轻松到达小樽运河。

我曾两次入住这家酒店，每次体验都非常棒。

工作人员很友好，房间也按要求精心布置。地理位置优越，无需乘坐公共交通即可到达旅游景点。步行即可到达车站，沿途还可以逛逛特色商店。

ในเรื่องของที่ตั้งของโรงแรมและขนาดของห้องพักถือว่าได้มาตรฐาน ขนาดของห้องมีความสะดวกสบายเหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนที่ไปเป็นครอบครัว 4 คน แต่สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดคือคุณภาพของพนักงานของทางโรงแรมที่ดีเยี่ยม เราลืมของที่ไปช้อปปิ้งมาไว้ที่โรงแรม ซึ่งเป็นของราคาแพง ทางโรงแรมเก็บไว้ให้อย่างเรียบร้อยปลอดภัยดี เราติดต่อเข้าไป ทางโรงแรมก็รับฝากของไว้จนวันที่เราเดินทางกลับถึงแวะไปรับของจากทางโรงแรม ขอบคุณในการบริการและดูแลเป็นอย่างดีเยี่ยม อยากให้มากกว่า 5 ดาวด้วยซ้ำ

Cool concept room, love the fridge in the barrel. Spacious room. Very close to Otaru Canal for night photos. Lots of konbini nearby

Lokasi dekat sekali dengan Otaru Canal, kamar agak kecil tapi ok, bersih dan ada indoor onsen-nya walau kecil. Service ok 👍.

The hotel design is unique and nice, it would be better if the coffee dispenser machine is providing coffee in the morning too.

Just one thing unsatisfied is the parking lot is fully park & have to park at opposite parking lot which cost 1.2k per night & does not allow multiple entry in & out. Basic small public bath with standard hot water without any sulfur
