Very p”ease t staff, very clean

Facilities are well kept and concierge is friendly. However parking is limited and check in experience could be enhanced as we arrived forty minutes after recommended check in time and had to wait an hour and a half after arrival to get a room. However, the condition of the room and the view were excellent.

Spotlessly clean throughout - my suite was immaculate. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of fresh, tasty options. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Property was ok. Not the cleanest and a lil outdated inside rooms. Internet did not work on tvs.

Stayed one night before i continued my journey back to Florida. great location friendly staff room was very nice and clean would stay again.

Very convenient to convention center. Pool was closed though.

I had an awesome stay at this hotel! It was super clean, and updated. Parking was free and super easy, which was a huge plus. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. The beds were really comfy, and the linens and towels were fresh and clean. The continental breakfast was also delicious, which was a great way to start the day. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, which was perfect for us! The location was great—just a short Uber ride to the French Quarter, so getting around was super easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and stress-free hotel in New Orleans. I’ll be back for sure!

My reservation was cancelled with no notice. I was told they refunded expedia and I would recieve a refund. This has not happened. I am owed $133.18. I had to take the only available room I could find at another hotel. It cost me $270.00. I will never use this hotel again. Expedia needs to make sure I get my refund. Also, the difference between $270.00 and $133.18. I would have never paid $270 for a room if I wasn't put in this position. Could somebody from expedia please contact me ASAP.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed stay. Breakfast could have been a little better. Waffle machine didn't work. No bagels, very limited choices.

The actual stay was excellent except for having to evacuate in the late hours with two sleeping babies because some teenagers thought it would be funny to pull the fire alarm

When i arrived at this Hotel, the key didnt work. The staff tried for about 45 mins while i stood in front of the room with my bags . I was then told thst i had yo go to another hotel causd thete werfnt any rooms left . I was tored snd frustrated .. the staff told me that i would be reimbursed for the night .. i still havent seen a reimburement

Outstanding staff and living conditions. The staff was very kind and professional. The rooms are nice and clean and a full breakfast is available everyday at no extra cost. Also, there's no fee for parking; this will be my "go to" for traveling in the future.
