Pelayan ramah, mau ke tokyo 2 jam ke kyoto 2 jam ke hakuba 1 jam deket ke mana-mana

Untuk orang indo yang mau menjangkau semua kota jepang. Cocok stay di toyama inn shinkansen 2 ini. Lokasi di depan stasiun, makan mudah, bus di sebrang, taksi. Dekat ke tempat salju seperti tateyama, nagano station. Rekomen banget hotel ini murah dan dapet makan. Saya pasti balik lagi

The best banget deh letak hotel samping stasiun toyama kamar nyaman bersih harga worth it dari dekat hotel ada bus yang langsung ke shirakawago dengan book dulu sebelum perjalanan pakai aplikasi

Nice location, just across the road beside the train station. The staff was really accommodating on the check-in process. Can check-in by yourself at the machine but the staff will help if we clueless on how to use it.

Lokasi strategis, tapi sayangnya waktu saat pesan, pilihan non smokimg room sudah habis, jadi terpaksa dapat yang smoking, sehingga kurang nyaman. But overall it's ok

Smooth check in, Comfort Non-Smoking Room. Quiet good enough Breakfast. It just hard to communicate with Toyoko Inn Shinkansen 2 Team through phone since nobody speak english during my call & nobody reply through our email. Beside that everything is good 😁.

Location was great. Hotel staff were super helpful and nice. We lost something on the train and they helped us contacted the station officer (since our numbers can't make a call). Thank you for your superb service!

Near from station walking 5 minutes. Nice hotel if your plan to alpen road. Clean and friendly staff. Looks old hotel

Enak dekat stasiun, dekat tempat makan juga.

Hotelnya bersih dengan sarapan pagi yang kurang bervariasi. Overall puas tinggal di hotel ini karena kamarnya sangat bersih dan tidak terlalu sempit.

Located right across Toyama station & Dentetsu Toyama station (if you’re planning to go to Tateyama). 7/11, Family Mart & Lawson nearby. Room was clean and a bit more spacious than what we expected (still a bit small though, but great for Japan’s standard). Would recommend to choose Twin instead of double. Breakfast was a bit like school cafetaria but decent.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis dekat dengan stasiun dan pusat perbelanjaan. Kamar dan fasilitasnya bersih dan nyaman, harga reasonable.
