我喜歡有天窗的房間。床單和地毯也很乾淨。只是浴室淋浴間有黃漬，床頭櫃的抽屜裡還有似乎前一個旅客遺留下來用剩的咖啡和糖包，這些清潔細節需要再加強。如果可以再提供旅客吹風機和掛大衣的勾勾或桿子就好囉！

Garden and bed sheets were nice. Needs cleaning and decorating. TV did not work, no staff to talk to. If this is how guesthouses are run now I will never stay in another. One towel for two people for two night and very cold first night. Don’t think they turn on the heating until you walk in the door.

The staff were lovely, the room was comfortable, no major issues at all. The room/decor could maybe do with a lick of paint, a couple of broken bits here and there, but overall, given it's probably the cheapest stay you can find that close to the city, it's incredibly good!

It's a nice quiet neighborhood, easy to get to on public transit, and my room was a good size. However, the walls are thin and sound carries, and housekeeping is not their strong suit - the shower curtain had a bunch of mildew on it and there was toothpaste on the tea kettle.

Worst place i ever stayed. Toilets are extremely poor and dirty with human waste and pukes also condoms on the floor. Room wasn’t great as they advertised. Poor service, i am going to complaint against the specific accommodation at Queens Guest House to remove it from every where to avoid people got cheated. I am looking for a refund

The room given on the first night was awful the mattress was so worn out that you could feel the bed framework on your back,also the wardrobe was broken couldn’t hang our clothes,TV was not working at all and there were no plug socket for the kettle. I paid extra for a comfy double room with extra comfortable bed. The bed was against the wall so my wife couldn’t get out of her side,but had to crawl across me or slide down to the bottom of the bed to get out.

mould on the shower, no proper windows in the room, uncomfy bed no bin and was cold

Das eine Bett war leider kaputt, wenn man das Waschbecken benutzt hat, hat es im Abfluss der Dusche geblubbert. Kein Föhn im Zimmer und die Spülung hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert. Das Schloss der Zimmertür macht einen instabilen Eindruck und man fühlt sich unsicher

The room was fitlhy and cold, tv didnt work, bed linen clearly not changed, mold, dirty units stained carpets couldnt shower as itd clearly not been cleaned. No one around to query this with, 30 mins waiting for someone to check us in.

An ok stay for one night, just know that it’s a little away from where things happen. Worked fine for me, used the tram, a 10-15 walk from hotel. And was the cheapest option when you order in last minute on a match day . You get what you pay for.

Staff are very helpful. Cheap Price I payed for a comfort room and it was lovely and cozy as if I was in someone's home! Don't expect too much from some where offering this price it's a steal with Manchester prices at the moment!

Cheap night stay which is what we needed. Place is tired but guessing you get what you pay more. 20 minutes walk to the AO Arena.

Dirty, noisy unfriendly accommodation. Specks of blood on bedside lamp, filthy shower, condom packets on reception desk. Strange non residents hanging around. Vary noisy banging throughout night until around 5am. Nobody at reception to report our concerns.

Lovely man on reception. Rooms were basic but you get what you pay for.

Excellent customer service by the guy on reception who sorted out a room misunderstanding and without a fuss it was done . Super helpful staff members make all the difference. Am uneventful stay and a good night's sleep

125 pounds is too much for that kind of hotel , never see a hotel that deux guests Charing one toilet

Towel was not clean and pillow cover was soiled and there is not hand wash in the washroom
