The property staff and vallet staff were great. The room was clean and above my expectations

This property was clean and convenient. The proximity to Bricktown was perfect! We only had to walk two blocks to get to our venue. Great price for a great place to stay.

It was very close to bricktown activities so you can easily walk everywhere. Great staff and very clean!

The hotel was AMAZING! There is a nice bar downstairs for nightlife. The rooms and lobby were contemporary, which I love. I will be back it was a nice stay!

Enjoyed the vibe of the place. Very beautiful lobby and room was very nice as well. The one thing I did not like is valet charging me way more than they should have and the issue hasn’t been resolved after calling days ago.

Hotel was ok given location and price. Front desk staff was very nice. The room was kind of dirty, specifically in the corners, but nothing terrible. Our TV had a very blue tint to it but by the time we turned it on, it was late and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of switching rooms or anything like that. The beds were really hard and not comfortable and the shower was a little weird! We had two breakfast buffets included but decided to let our two kids use them because we’re not big on breakfast and we were watched like a hawk while they were eating. I made sure to sit as far away from their plates as possible but it was uncomfortable. I don’t know why we would be back in the area again, we were just passing through, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Again, nothing horrible considering the price.

The hotel itself was spectacular, super clean and convenient to everything around Bricktown.

Clean, well maintained, nice area. Beds were not the best.

Everything was great except that the water was turned off mid shower and was off for over an hour, making me miss the dinner part of the event I traveled to OKC for. The hotel did provide me with a meal and drink to makeup for the dinner. I was extremely disappointed that I had to miss the dinner.

Location was perfect for a concert down the block! Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet staff was top notch and fun!

Not great, had issues with the toilet and the front desk brought a plunger. She stated that there was no one available to assist with the issue. She offered to switch rooms, but that was a huge pain as it was late at night. Just would expect a lot more from this place.

We liked how close it was to restaurants and bars.

The room bathroom sink was stained and dirty, there were crumbs all over the floor. A patch of wall missing and previous guests food left in fridge.
