If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! Next day morning we ask for compensation as we cannot use the toilet due to the door can not be closed but got insulting from the woman receptionist. She did not feel it is the hotel problem and repeated to say u will check out today! They speak spain language in front of the guest to insult people i can here what they say a bad word on us. The duvet is wired pls see the photo it is extremely rough and not suitable as a duvet. The cotton towel is dirty it becomes to grey! Not worthy for the price! Far and away from the city centre ! Carpark space is limited u need to park at the residential area not close to the hotel! Horrible hostel!

The hotel is very nice; the staff were incredibly kind to us, including the owner, who was always at the hotel since we saw him both days we were there. The breakfast was excellent, very varied and delicious, and the person who served us there was very special; it's a shame I don't remember his name. The hotel has its own parking. We took an Uber to downtown Seville to avoid being late, and it cost us $25 each way and took 16 minutes to pick us up. The only thing we didn't like was that when we arrived at our room, there was a strong smell of marijuana because the guests next door were smoking. We called reception, and they moved us to a better room. This one was beautiful, very large, with a kitchen and a terrace—almost like an apartment. But it seemed like they were smoking there because it smelled of cigarettes, and I found cigarette burns in the bathroom.

Ontbijtmenu werd elke morgen vers aangevuld. José stond in voor het ontbijt en niets was hem te veel. Heel vriendelijke man die je hartelijk verwelkomde. Geen grote hoeveelheden in 1 keer maar kwaliteitsvol en lekker.

We had a great time at this place. It was very clean, updated, about 20 some minutes to the center, we never had trouble finding the parking. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Bir önceki misafirden sonra yeterince temizlenmemişti banyoda saçlar vardı tüm odada yerler çok tozluydu ve ne yazık ki yatak çarşaf ve yastıklar temiz değildi resepsiyona bunları söyledik ancak sadece yastık kılıflarını değiştirmişler çarşaflar değişmemiş ve o da temizlenmemişti.

kamer en badkamer waren ruim en proper. Ontbijt was goed. Voldoende aangevuld. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mss vermelden wanneer restaurant open gaat. Dicht bij metro waar grote, gratis parking is. Gratis parking bij hotel.

El servicio prestado por el personal , siempre es amable y profesional, merece la pena este hotel,por eso repito siempre, el sentirse "como en casa" es algo que no tiene precio.
