Had a great time, the staff was friendly

La chambre était en parfait état pour un hôtel 3 étoiles et aucun problème avec l'air climatisée. La plage ainsi que l'aménagement étaient fantastiques. L'hôtel fait vraiment mexicain en comparaison aux gigantesques complexes de cette zone. La nourriture du buffet était délicieuse et variée. Je recommande cet établissement pour le prix.

La vista a la playa está súper, pero las habitaciones ya están poco viejas, en los restaurantes o snat no no nada amables

Not true to pictures. Room very small, seems old. Food wasn’t good. Service was ok but not the friendliest.

The staff was not responsive at all. Too expensive for the ameneties not worth it at all.

The room was clean and the site was beautiful. The cost was absolutely worth the stay. The room and facilities had some broken cabinets but otherwise was fine. The food was okay, we are vegetarian but could put together something every meal. The on site entertainment was not professional but it was fun.

O quarto é maravilhoso, cama enorme, travesseiros muito bons, edredom, toalhas super macias. Quarto novinho e todo decorado. Limpeza dos quartos e do hotel em geral é surpreendente. Tem um restaurante de comida japonesa a la carte, muito bom. Recomendo darem gorjetas, brasileiro não é acostumado com isso, mas deveriam. A praia do hotel é fantástica, inclusive uma das poucas que estava sem sargaço. A vista é linda, fotos espetaculares. Tem 5 piscinas, com vista linda. O hotel em geral é uma maravilha, com lugares lindos. Tem o letreiro de Cancún dentro do hotel, você nem precisa ir pra praia delfines e pegar fila, pode tirar quantas fotos quiser. Tem segurança por todo hotel vigiando se todos que estão são hóspedes mesmo. As bebidas são muito variadas, tem para todos os gostos, mas são no geral bebidas mais em conta. A comida é boa também, mas senti um pouco de falta de ter mais carne de boi, acredito que é a cultura deles, que é diferente da nossa. Mas a comida era boa e variada. RECOMENDO DEMAIS. Preço deles é fantástico e oferecem muita coisa. Tem atividades durante o dia todo. E você pode fazer checkout 12h e ficar no hotel usando tudo, comendo e bebendo até 22h. RECOMENDO MUITO. Do lado do hotel tem lojinha de souvenir, farmácia, oxxo… para fazer câmbio, aceitam real na loja de câmbio e as lojinhas de souvenir são do lado também e preços muito melhores que na feira de frente a coco bongo.

Old hotel that needs renovation. Beautiful surroundings and beach. Friendly, helpful and energetic staff. Very convenient location, if you are going to Isla Mujeres.

Had a great time met some great people room was clean property was beautiful but the food was ok if they uped there food options it would be a really great resort and the location is great close to everything

When we arrived we were told they had lost electricity and did not have a room for us for the night and arranged to put us up at a different place for the night and that they would have the issue resolved for the rest of our stay. But the place they sent us to was TERRIBLE! Just dirty and run down. We felt we had been down graded from what we had booked! We had book thru Expedia so we had to reach out to them for help so we were moved to a different place for the night but were told to go back to Dos Playas for the rest of our reservation but AGAIN we were told they did not have a room for us and blamed Expedia for cancelling our reservation. We had to spend hours on the phone AGAIN trying to get help to find a place to stay. The receptionists at Dos Playas were not nice NOR helpful with the whole ordeal. I would NOT book with them again.

Staff was great. Grounds were nice. Food was good. Room was small and dated.
