The service is good n the staff is friendly. We would like to visit them again in other time if possible. The only thing is the menu which has been fixed without any flexibility based on customer’s need.

交通不方便 服務人員少早上要離開的時候居然沒有交通工具計程車，也沒有飯店小巴，用走的到巴士站 抵達後加一牀居然一個晚上要台幣$3500 交通不方便，位置比較偏，晚餐價位算很高，但東西並不如其他溫泉飯店來的實惠 整體箱根交通休復中，有些混亂

服務親切，房間寬敞舒適。酒店提供的shuttle bus 班次多，到蘆之湖很方便。露天溫泉旁高聳的樹木很舒服。

Nice onsen and dinner. It’s sweet that the shuttle bus pick us up at the motohakone dock after its duty time.

Very nice onsen , beautiful and clean. With a nice view of lit up trees, very peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most importantly we saw Mount Fuji from the beautiful garden which was the highlight of our visit in Hakone.

Great location and service

room is old with stained carpet. bathroom smell of smoke. bathroom curtains and humidifier was mouldy. breakfast was authentic and delicious. however beware of the high onsen tax. great environment to pictures

Perfect location with view to the lake Spacius room

Hotel next to the lake with amazing views - service was very good but facilities need upgrading and remodeling. Very limited options to move around unless you bring a car - access to taxi is very limited: options for food at the hotel are limited but we had dinner one of the nights and it was excellent. Japanese breakfast was a unique experience but it is not for everyone.

Unmatched location, all rooms look over the stunning 1930’s garden and magnificent mountains and lake, no bad views! The hotel exudes old world charm, and while some may find this ‘dated’ we found it delightful. The Franco-Japanese -Deco blend carries through to cuisine and 2 fantastic restaurants (though not for the budget conscious). A truly unique and memorable stay. Would come back in a heart beat.

Perfect lake side hotel in Hakone. The oversized room had more than enough space for three of us plus our luggage. The staff was very warm and friendly. We chose not to have dinner at the hotel but we did visit the French restaurant for breakfast and it was wonderful. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. The onsen was also enjoyed. Great property and I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful manicured grounds with easy to walk paths, amazing mountain and lake views with passing ships. Also great views of Mt.Fuji. Peacefull and quiet,
