The air conditioning is controlled by staff in the front desk. Had to ask every-time for them to help regulate the temperature which was quite inconvenient

Está a unas cuadras de la catedral, el cuarto es cómodo pero en recepción hacen lo mínimo por el huésped.

Hotel is very close to the cathedral. It was nice but we were disappointed to find the restaurant was closed and there was no drinking water in the room. To get water you were encouraged to buy a reusable bottle for €7 ! The hotel car park is also very small with about 5 spaces

Convenient location in the centre of The city. Modern and the different grey colour shades of the wall and carpets are comfortable to eyes. Modest buffet breakfast. Team is friendly.

Room fine apart from unpleasant mattress cover. Evening meal spoilt by rude waitress. Food indifferent. Breakfast: no fresh juice, coffee very weak. Overall pleasant hotel of Ibis standard, no better. Restaurant below Ibis standard. I was staying with a group, we usually use Ibis.I would not take my wife to a Mercure, below our expected standards.

Perfect location for flights to beauvais airport. Hotel was very clean with very attentive staff. Easy walk to the train station for commute into Paris.
