环境不错，房间整体设施也比较齐全，吊扇，中央空调，洗衣机，冰箱等。周边大小超市都有，餐厅也有不少！整体还是不错的

Erica is a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. Responds quickly and will to help.

The stay was great... about a 15 min walk to NRG (not bad). The only complaint is that one bedroom did not have any curtains, the blinds didn't cut the sun light. Other than that worth the stay.

Conveniently located near NRG Stadium for a concert I attended. Not too many restaurant options that were walkable. The condo was very clean and fully furnished. Everything worked fine and is located in a secured gated parking lot. Erika the property manger was very helpful and communicated well to ensure my stay went smoothly

Condo is besutiful, neat, clean and area was safe. Condo is also affordable. We will continue to stay here wverytime we come to an event. This place is perfect.

Stayed here with some friends for a concert at NRG arena and it was the perfect spot. We were able to walk to the arena and not have to pay for parking. The apartment was nice and spacious and the beds were comfy. Perfect spot to hang out and relax.

Quiet, gated complex with ample parking. Nice patio, dog area. Grocery store and multiple dining venues within walking distance. GREAT communication.

Home away from home.

Stay was amazing. Very specious and also had private areas. Area was quite. Access to condo wad very accessible. Most definitely would stay here again.

The property was very quiet. Nice gated parking, close to a few restaurants. The size of the unit was good, having 2 bathrooms was great. That is where the good part of my review ends. This property could be very nice, it is not taken care of. Walls and baseboards were dirty. The boxsprings on the beds were stained. The pillows on my son’s bed were stained and the headboard loose. The flooring throughout the unit was buckling in spots and coming apart. We probably should have tried to find another place, but just dealt with it for our short stay.

A good place to stay but the facilities are too old. The pool is closed for not sure how long but we are not being told.

It started with a bump but Erika was fast in communication and accommodating that it resulted in an overall great stay. Location was ideal to both our destination of History museum and special event. Rooms were clean and easy access to amenities. Well kept thought out the apartment only the bathroom was a bit outdated with some rust. It didn’t affect the use just a bit harder to turn on the water. Great experience overall.

Great place to stay during the livestock show. Very clean and roomy. Highly recommended.

We stayed two nights during the Houston Rodeo Bar-B-Q cook of! It was relatively close to NRG park to walk to the transportation golf cars & trams to be dropped at the cook off area! Ericka was absolutely a delightful property manager & very accommodating! Truly the only reason why I gave a less than excellent “score, is that the condo we were in, was in dire need of renovation/upgrades. Linoleum in one bath was pretty dirty, repairs that had been attempted, looked like it was done the quickest & cheapest possible. I was ups certainly stay there again primarily for the location & Erika…she was so very nice

Great property, safe and well located. Onsite manager was a delight. Thank you for the valentine’s chocolates!

Communication with the property manager was great. Property is old and tired, with furniture dated and worn out. Beds weren’t comfortable and bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Noisy at night with train nearby, and cars driving in and out of the gated complex next door. Walls were thin

Just had a wonderful weekend at the Reside. Property was very quiet and safe-really enjoyed the spacious unit.

The location was perfect for our needs, we where able to reach all of our vacation stops and appointments within 15 - 20 minutes. Erica was very responsive to make sure our arrival and stay went without a hitch. We will certainly return.

Came down to check out a football game at NRG Stadium which is within a good walking distance! Great communication from Erika before, during and after our stay! Was given all of the instructions with gate codes and getting to my room was a breeze because I was furnished with a property map! Will definitely stay here again without a second thought! Grocery stores, restaurants and a gas station right across the street! Gated area so everything was safe!

Check in was a breeze, got all the necessary information before hand. Was welcomed with a very spacious unit with all the amenities needed for a couple of days stay. Plenty of food and grocery places within walking distance. Great havjng each bedroom with its own bathroom. Host was very helpful when I had any questions. Will definitely stay again when returning to Houston.
