The front desk was very friendly even we arrived very late at night with a lot of belongings. The lady in the morning shift is especially nice and sincere. She was so lovely to let us stay the baggages till the afternoon.

Neat and tidy,

Kept awake from 10pm right through to after 1.30am by loud music and singing in one of the rooms. Rang reception 4 times from 1am and no answer. The problem guest should have been given a warning and if not calmed down within 30 minutes should have been thrown out of the hotel. Why should every other guest have no sleep due to an unruly guest and poor hotel procedures.

A nice basic hotel, very clean & staff lovely. No breakfast facilities unfortunately but there’s a pub next door which does do breakfasts & a Wetherspoons down the road. Convenient for all amenities in the area

Nice place to sleep after cricket. Quiet, comfy. Had everything we wanted. Night staff very friendly and helpful.

Great value for money. Situated,on high street so plenty of places to eat especially the adjoining pub which is reasonably cheap. Supermarket 3 mins walk away. Room basic but clean. Doubke bed very comfortable and clean, shower, tv, kettle with coffee tea etc. No outdoor noise coming in and blackout curtains. Electric free standing fan on table. Only problem was the neighbouring room had their tv on all night. There was no phone in room and no one on reception to help address situation at 2.30am. This worried me had there been a more serious incident who would of helped? So despite signs saying quiet times between 10pm to 7am we were awake most the night. As said neighbouring room didnt respond to us knocking on door. Our only option was to leave bathroom light on so the extraction fan drowned out their noise. So this ruined our stay as it also included a long drive home which cant really afford being tired. Other than soneone else spoiling our experience it was ok.

Good value for money and very friendly staff. Good location and easy to park car. It was nice that they had a sign reminding people about silence time as the soundproofing wasn't good.

Resonable prices the downside there’s no lift so luggage has to be carried upstairs

This was our 3rd stay to visit friends,who live close by, and that should speak volumes. The rooms are more than decent in size as is the ensuite. Very comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities and even a hairdryer. Ample free parking for guests and a short walk to the shops and bars.
