Scam didn’t answer phone no one book this

Dirty, no sheets or covers for sofa bed and quilt. Bed had springs sticking out and no mattress protectors on beds. Curtains on wires hanging off. Dirty bathroom with only three towels for 5 persons. No toiletries although stated. No coffee etc. WiFi didn't work and TV in lounge was small considering it was the only TV for the family. Sofa old, chairs all stained. I have many pictures to evidence my disgust. Couldn't stay as too uncomfortable. They refused to refund me. BE WARNED, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND THIS COMPANY. Never felt so mistreated and advert misleading. When I did ring the office number they give you, I never got reply. I rang a mobile number I had for them and the man answered, "this is above my pay grade, ring the office". They have refused to communicate with me.
