The hotel giving a surprise birthday cake to my hubby. Thanks for the good gesture. The Thursday, 12.09.2019 morning on duty swimming pool staff was not very friendly and wonder did he controlled the jacuzzi to stop whenever we wants to use it. The customer service level of this hotel is excellent. During our stay, there is one male staff in particular provided high level of attentiveness, going the extra mile. We are grateful for that. Breakfast was superb with good variety. Overall, the stay was a pleasant one.

The view was great from high floors. Although I didn’t use the gym or pool, it’s a big plus for guests. The front desk staff were very helpful. One of them (sorry I can’t recall her name), even drew the direction to nearby Malls. She also helped to wrap the coconut Shell tortoise we bought from the gift corner. Well done overall.

Very nice hotel with great roof top pool, just wish the weather was warmer. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Good experience and will stay there again.
