This is a newer boutique hotel with contemporary vibe. Unfortunately, it is not maintained. In our room, the wall outside the shower door was crumbling since it was so thick with black mold. The shampoo and body lotion bottles were empty. They had an electric tea kettle with instant coffee, but no cream. The floors were sticky. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. The lobby needs a fresh coat of paint and it needs a deep cleaning. 10 of the 14 bulbs in the artistic light fixture over the check in desk are out. The staff we interacted with were very nice.

This was exactly what we needed for a couple nights in San Sebastián. The old town is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Check in and out was very fast and easy. They reserved a taxi as well to take us to the airport the night before. Very cool property!

Room was a little weird, not at all like the pictures. The window was high up and we were unable to see out. If you are claustrophobia, this is a no. The breakfast is basic and dirty dishes from previous diners were left untidied. Outside the hotel, men hang around watching who goes in and out the property. We had folks screaming outside our room (street level) at each other at 3am as there are benches next to the room windows. Not ideal for the price paid and complained to reception. It feels unsafe. Next day, again when we were leaving, even more people gathering in the benches.

Great hotel, super convenient for both the bus & train station but still walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shops. Lovely staff. Modern, well-decorated room with clean bathroom & comfortable bed.

Decent sized room, good location and the building had good facilities.

Walkable to the downtown. A bit confusing to find with Google directions in a car. Unfortunately, a large TV blocked and otherwise beautiful view out the balcony window.

An sich alles in Ordnung. Personal ist nicht übermäßig freundlich und fragte Z. B. Nicht wie unser Aufenthalt war, ob alles in Ordnung war. Das schlimmste war der Gestank, der aus der Dusche kam. So stark, dass man fast nicht schlafen konnte. Da wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren, haben wir nichts gesagt und wollten beim Check out darauf hinweisen. Hier zeigte man jedoch keinerlei Interesse, ob der Aufenthalt ok war.

Chic accommodations slightly outside of the main core of SAN Sebastián. Easily walkable to anywhere but very quiet neighborhood.

駅から近く、旧市街までも歩いて行ける距離でとてもよい立地でした。スタッフも親切で、良い滞在となりました。

Points forts sur l'hôtel : chambres vraiment au calme ( donnant soit sur le parc, soit sur l'esplanade), chambres relativement grandes (ça dépend lesquelles), modernes, propres, emplacement pas dans le centre mais proche gare et avec des commerces autour notamment un supermarché assez grand. En réalité la plage de la Concha doit être à 15 min de marche. Points faibles : nous avions réservé 2 chambres différentes pour 2 soirs et le personnel ne s'est pas arrangé pour qu'on n'ait pas à changer de chambre. Gros point négatif : on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres !

This hotel had a great location. It was walking distance to the beaches and the pick up location for the hop on hop off bus. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

Moderne hotel ca 1,5 fra centrum. Lidt dyrt i forhold til total oplevelsen. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til tog og regionale busser
