Check in was not the smoothest, overall lost about 2 hours trying to figure out where the location of the pods is. Upon arrival at the pods, the number registered on the reservation is onlineagent's number instead of ours, so had to contact the online concierge to have them manually open the pods. Place was really barebone, hard bed and no blanket provided, and it really get cold, mind. I guess the only saving grace is that the location is very convenient, right inside of the airport. And despite the hiccups, the online concierge was very helpful and responsive. Unless you're flying out of Bergamo, stay clear off of this property.
