The host was very welcoming and very attentive. It was the best breakfast I’ve also had in a long time. You will not go hungry!

Small room with stairs. Not so good for mobility issues but the breakfast was a 10 the host was very professional

Needed a bed for the night on a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised - good size room, comfortable bed, TV, WiFi, kettle and avTassimo coffee machine. More comfortable and welcoming than a lot of hotels. Very quiet village with a pub across the road. Kind of place I would like to stay longer

Thoroughly enjoyable stay, with an excellent cooked to order full English breakfast. The lady who runs the place is a very pleasant and accommodating host. Looking forward to staying there again at least twice more later in the year.

What a beautiful place. Sanford is a lovely village. The owner is very welcoming and clearly takes pride in her B&B. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was perfect! Fantastic pub down the road called the Lamb inn. Felt very cared for during our stay would highly recommend.

Beautiful family run b&b and a lovey warm welcome as well the room was lovely and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable and a good size, pretty front garden to sit in and relax after a long drive and the breakfast was oit of this world lovy fresh local ingredients great flavour and very filling. The choice of breakfast options was fantastic as well. Cant wait to stay again

Exactly as required for our stay. Good sized room with all facilities needed. Really comfy large double bed, good size tv for room and olympics coverage. Fresh milk and good coffee machine. Would recommend again. Uired

Lovely quaint little b&b, nice clean rooms, great breakfast, host was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. In a nice quiet little village but also close to local amenities and not far in the car from Exeter. Would happily stay here again

Warm and welcoming, thoughtful touches, really comfy bed and a fantastic breakfast all provided by a friendly host. We had the small double which was small but clean, comfortable and with everything we could need, including fresh milk in the fridge. In addition, the property was in a lovely village with shop, cafe and post office, situated opposite the local pub serving great food. And all felt reassuringly very Covid safe.
