住宿空間頗大 飯店由車站改建 裝潢頗古色古香 有附共用廚房可使用 付費式洗衣服價格便宜

這次是選擇附衛浴的雙人房，房間空間良好，設施完善，內部隔音不錯，不過離距離鐵軌有點近，開窗會有些聲響；飯店位置離奧克蘭市中心有點距離，沒拖行李的話感覺是還好，距離24H的大型超市不遠，附近餐廳不算多；廚房和洗衣設備的數量很充足，不過訂房網頁上缺乏設施的使用條款、使用登記方式與收費資訊，希望能補上相關資訊。

老火车站改装的，还挺有意思的。老板是中国人挺热情的，装修也很新，干净舒服。距离码头走路10来分钟，附近有个大超市，非常方便。

there was no hot water for shower due to the suddenly under construction hot water system. We were noticed hot water supply unfuctional till the next day morning. It was terrible during a rainy cold day.

It was a very interesting place to stay, an old railroad station.

No parking for check, was fined for parking car in Wilson parking while checking in and arranging parking. It stunk of curry, poor ventilation. What a dump!

Good location, nice architecture but very stuffy air from cooking smell of long term residents and restaurant in front foyer. Mouldy lace curtains in our room and upon request to change room, management was apologetic and another room was provided

A nice basic setup with some kitchen amenities located in an old rail station for some ancient. Indian restaurant onsite for convenience. Really close walk to Viaduct area, SkyTower etc. Some steep hills so consider rideshare or Transit if mobility is an issue. Parking was easy, right out front but limited space so pre book! Would stay here again.

My room was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly - however the check in process was confusing as the staffed hours were incorrect and the building was locked when I arrived which was unsafe. The remainder of my stay was okay and the building had everything it needed and was in a good location.

Good place to stay for value and convenience. Newly renovated rooms. The staff there were amazing, came to get me from the carpark and carried my bag up to the room (night staff). Thanks heaps!

Very central for Auckland CBD especially the arena

Nice and convenient

It is the perfect place to stay when going to Spark Arena. The place is beautiful if you like historical places. It was raining when we came, a lot of leaks in the lobby. Also, no toilet paper in the lobby toilet. The room is spacious, clean, and have everything we need for our overnight stay.

Caverous old big city train station was really unique and interesting tho a bit unsettling. It was like being accidentally locked into a large, old public building overnight with no one around, not even any ghosts…

Helpful staff, good sized room for the amount paid.

Worst experience I’ve had. Upon check in, dude at reception was telling off his employee how unsafe things are. Utterly, unprofessional how he’s handling the desk. Dodgy place. The room itself is H&S risk. Had my toe hit by the toilet uneven surface floor and bled.

We really liked this place. It was a good location and had cool character.

Nice place and handy to town

The waters in the fridge minibar were unsealed and there was no duvet for one of the beds. Additional bedding was never delivered by staff after asking.
