The hotel is located near airport. Next door is an arcade place if you come with kids. Close to costco. The room is clean, have portable stove, coffee maker and kitchen set but no pan. The hotel provides complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Comes with a pool, free breakfast and parking also free.

Unser Zimmer lag Richtung Autobahn und daher war es ziemliche laut. Wir hatten eine Suite, diese war soweit geräumig und ok. Frühstück ist kanadischer Standard, daher eher zum abgewöhnen.

The rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Staff was okay. We stayed for 3 days and they said they will clean after 2 days. The room service came. Literally made our beds. Did not change the sheets. They put in new towels and mopped bathroom and kitchen area. There was garbage in one of the bins when they left. There was garbage on counter like soap cover. The ear plugs box was there but empty. I was very unhappy with it. Then the breakfast was good but man if you go after 8.45 pm there was hardly things. No plates. No spoons or forks or knives. Staff was clearly overwhelmed. There was no waffle making material left. No juice left. I came in at 9 am on the day we checked out and literally all I found was bread and some peanut butter. They should not be running out of stuff. They should know how many people are staying and anticipate the outcome. That was very disappointing and for this very reason I will not be using Hilton again. This is the same complain by other people as well. It’s management issue not a staff issue.

Excellent parking, breakfast and clean rooms. No complaints from this place. Awesome

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was generally good. A special mention to Tamisha, who assisted us with an early checkout—she was very helpful, polite, and made the process quick and hassle-free. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider staying here again.

Room bin clean, breakfast bin good

Me gusto el hotel, muy limpio las habitaciones, el área del desayuno es un completo relajo, mucha gente desordenada y el personal de servicio del desayuno muy molesto y con mala actitud. En cambio el personal del front Desk excepcional, muy amables y con mucha actitud para servir. El área del BBQ me parece innovador y excelente. Felicidades

The hotel was nice&clean. Front desk staff was very helpful. Free parking was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Breakfast was okay, I would recomend everyone to maybe have it little earlier because after 9 am it gets hectic (kids are running around,gets crowded and long lines).

They never came to make our beds nor did they refill the shampoo.

Everything was excellent except the comfort of the mattress that I found good but could be better.

Property was clean and staff were polite . Checking in was smooth day one we went down for breakfast at 8: 40 and everything was finished even sugar for our coffee.

Well Recommend place specifically with if you are having kid.

Location perfect, room cleaned and fully aligned to the site description .Breakfast might be improved a Little by adding croissant and ham or Turkey

Love the hotel, family friendly

I never leave reviews but our stay was one of best stays I’ve experienced. The staff was super accommodating, very sweet to my children, pool area is great with pool noodles and toys. I would highly recommend
