枕頭有點味

The room was spacious and clean, however right on the road where noisy trucks pass by. The reception is not aware of the fact the hotel charges you a deposit fee of a certain sum of euros ( in your local currency) at check in. When they asked for my card at check in, I was assured I woint be charged . The charge appeared on my account a week after check in and nobody in the hotel could explain it. I contacted Expedia and they confirmed. I hope that charge would be remittted soon.

Hotellissa oli valtava melu uima-altaalla päivällä ja illalla. Allas oli huoneiden keskellä, joten parvekkeen ovea ei voinut pitää auki karmean jumputuksen johdosta. Altaalla ei voinut ottaa aurinkoa tai uida, kun meteli oli niin hirveä ja altaaseen ruiskutettiin vaahtoa. Hotellin kohteena vaikutti olevan englantilaiset nuoret jalkapallohuligaanit. Hotelli on täysin sopimaton rauhallista lomaa toivovalle. Hotellin huoneiden luovutus alkaa vasta illalla, mikä muodostaa hirmuisen jonon resepsooniin. Tunnin odotus. Hotellin kirjautumissysteemi on hyvin erikoisen vaikea tai virkailijat eivät osaa sitä käyttää. Aamiaishuoneessa on kova melu. Lautasia, veitsiä, laseja, haarukoita...... saa odotella. Organisointi hyvin lapsen kengissä. Tarjoiluväki epäystävällistä. En suosittele tätä hotellia kellekkään. Huonoin koskaan kokemani hoitelli toiminnaltaan. Rakennus ja ympäristö hyvä, mutta henkilökunta tuhoaa kokemuksen. Kertoivat että kauppa ei käy ilman meteliä, mutta ei siellä uima-altaalla ollut kuin max 10 henkeä illalla, mutta 1000 asiakasta sai kärsiä

Struttura esternamente molto bella e curata, servizio colazione molto buono e altissima cortesia del personale. Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso della camera. Prenotato per tre persone, ci siamo ritrovati alle 10 di sera, arrivati dall'aeroporto ad aprire il divano letto e cercare le lenzuola per fare il letto a mio figlio, ma questo sarebbe stato anche trascurabile. Bagno sporco e soprattutto un odore di muffa insopportabile in camera da letto. Poi abbiamo capito da cosa derivasse: infiltrazione d'acqua dal bagno (vecchia) che aveva completamente rovinato i mobili nella stanza accanto con conseguente muffa all'interno ed esterno. Contattata immediatamente la struttura, il tecnico e la ragazza delle pulizie sono intervenuti subito e sono stati gentilissimi, ma purtroppo il danno non si poteva risolvere in due minuti. Mi aspettavo un cambio di stanza,o un rimborso, invece, siamo dovuti stare lì e dormire in una stanza malsana e piena di muffa. Peccato

Yes was great

Das Zimmer war sehr gross mit 2 Bädern, eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne. Das eine hatte ein Doppellavabo, viel Platz zum Toilettenartikel aufstellen und ein Fenster, also Tageslicht. Es gab viele Schränke mit genügend Stauraum. Schön war auch, dass die Zimmer alle 3 Tage gereinigt wurden, alle Fotteewäsche und Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Küche mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Auch die Betten waren sehr gut. Es hat einen kleinen Supermarkt wo man sich morgens frische Brötchen holen kann und mit dem Nötigsten eindecken kann.

Good value for money, great view.

3rd time I've stayed here this year. Still good but definitely feel that standards are slipping. Most units are in need of maintenance and updating. We stayed in 3430 and the balcony door would not lock shut and the bathroom door caught on the floor. Lots of broken tiles in apartment and around pool area.

Nice place to be

El trato del personal, lo unico que se hay que desplazar unos kilometros para tener algo de ocio,pero la verdad que te facilitan bastante las cosas y ellos hacen fiestas y actividades todos los días.Las habitaciones mejoraría algo el mobiliario y la ropa de cama.Por lo demás todo perfecto. Un placer para repetir.

The hotel is huge and beautiful in all white,great Wi-Fi, 3 pools,i love that the hotel sit on a slight slopes which forces me now to get back in the gym,the walk about is great exercise getting back up.straff are friendly and helpful, i would recommend and i would go back again. I nearly for got the beach is 19 min walk,but if you don't want to walk in that sun which is hottt they do a shuttle every hour which start at 10:15.food is great and the bed is firm.

Ce que j’ai le plus apprécié à l’hôtel, c’est l’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel. Tout était propre, confortable et bien pensé pour que le séjour soit parfait. J’ai vraiment passé un super moment !

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke på Hollywood Mirage. Leiligheten var ren og fin, alt så bra ut.Topp service fra personell også. Eneste minuset er harde senger, det var alt fra rommet som ikke sto helt til forventningene. Oppsummert så kommer vi gjerne tilbake ved en annen anledning.

Although it’s a 25 min walk to the front the taxis are quick and inexpensive. There were 6 of us and there are plenty of 6 seaters so this was a pleasant surprise. Pool is great. Sunbed frenzy every morning but in school holidays we decided to just join in and accept this. Had to wait in a queue from 8am until 9am to ensure a sunbed in school holiday. Self catering but well equipped. Very comfortable bed, good and powerful shower and large terrace with a sea view. Could not fault this trip. Only wish would be that it was closer to the seafront and bars but I would 100% stay here again. We didn’t try the food. Drinks were average prices €3.50 pint of beer. Lovely heated pool.

The hotel is very dated and is badly in need of refurbishment. The pool area is pleasant but was constantly busy. I have been travelling for over 40 years and never have I seen people queuing to get a sun bed. The fact there isn’t enough explains it I suppose. One thing that really miffed me is a family left rubbish behind, pizza box, coke cans etc. The rubbish lay for over 3 hours before being cleaned up, not acceptable. We found, on occasion the staff to be rude and abrupt. On the positive side, the kiddies entertainment is excellent. Will we stay there again, not a chance.

Apartments big and clean , evenings entertainment bad suitable for toddlers only very loud music . Food was good but drink even water was not included in dinner , breakfast tea and juice was terrible juicec was either too sweet or watery . A main thing is that teens under 18 should be allowed in the gym if accompanied by an adult or if they have good prior gym knowledge as my son has been going to the gym for a year and has never been unsafe in the gym and knows what is safe to do and not but wasn't let in.dinner staff will force you to buy drinks even you are not ready to order. There was no commen area to sit where AC is we check out at 12cand flight was not until evening so just keep in mind there is not any comfortable area to sit in .The hotel is at hill be aware if can not walk uphill .

Brilliant stay as always. Perfectly clean, great staff and good atmosphere for kids and adults. Will be back..for a 3rd stay soon.

Great range of food on half board. Friendly staff. Great for children including daily kids club. Umbrella for balcony seems to be reserved for those with medical need so more umbrellas please!
