Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. As a stranger in this country, I felt warm inside. The staff were quite helpful with other issues such as speed limit policy in Canada, too. Overall speaking, we had a wonderful stay here!😄

The room faced the rail tracks of a high speed train multiple times per day and night. I asked to be moved. And even check out a day early but management denied my request. Steer clear of this hotel

The room was clean breakfast was good ,the hot pool was ok my Granddaughter's loved it plus the restaurant next door was so good and you get 15percent off if staying at this hotel

Parking as was full when we came back at pm. Had to ask front staff where to park. Not enough light to put on makeup in bathroom. Breakfast was not good. Mains were see through bacon and some spinanch concoction - didn’t look appetizing at all.

Great clean hotel, new construction. Under staffed for room service. If you show up even half an hour before 4 on day 2, there is no guarantee you will have your room cleaned up. We had 2 days without it. One day we decided to go green and not request it, second day hotel decided to put us on low priority. Receptionist thinks only new check ins get preference. Existing guests are on low priority. Again that bec hotel is understaffed, receptionist has to work with the resources she has available. 16 years of staying at various super 8’s, little disappointed.

Our room was cozy and clean. Washroom always good, maybe just minor fix with the lid for the bathtub. Continental breakfast was simple but with so many options to choose. Staff at feont desk helpulf and nice.
