入住時等了20分鐘，接待員跟前面的客人聊了好久，完全無视后面还有人排队，也没有其他职员出来帮忙入住

房間很棒，服務很好，尤其是禮賓部的人員，都會主動協助，非常的幫忙，是一次相當好的住宿體驗！

Very new and comfortable hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly. Great spacious restaurant for breakfast. I stayed for 10 days with nothing to complain. I must re-book it for next Bejing trip. If there is a road sign to show the hotel entrance is perfect cause the outter lane is always fully parked which hinder the driver’s view.

Terrible for check in ,therefore i commented it once but replied me that my comment included violated wording. OMG, i swear i never input any rude wording. If this comment also cannot be shown, i will never be through this web for the booking

刚装修完，装修味道还是有一点，整体干净舒适，周边环境安静。

酒店只是在试营运 油漆味都还在 连续两天 游泳池被健身房教练圈起来一个区域 去教自己私下收费的学生 根本不是给住房客人使用 感觉很不好 以后不住了

Buen hotel, moderno y cómodo, con habitaciones amplias y limpias. Cumple con los estándares de Hyatt y tiene un ambiente tranquilo. El único punto a mejorar es que el servicio de alimentos a la carta es bastante lento, aunque la calidad es buena. En general, una buena opción de hospedaje.

The breakfast was really bad. Most of foods were cold, fried eggs, omelet, fried rice, etc. No one speaks proper English at the restaurant. I have been to this restaurant many times, but this trip was worst experience.

객실도 아주 깨끗하고 직원들이 너무 친절합니다. 생일이라고 따로 말 안했는데 케이크까지 챙겨주셨어요. 헬스장과 사우나도 이용하기 편리하고 시설이 좋았어요. 조식도 맛있어서 한번더 추가해서 먹었습니다. 북경 갈일 있으면 다음에도 이용할 것 같아요.
